Obama supporters?

Esepcially Walter Reed VA hospital.

And their housing complex for families is in very dire needs for repairs. I saw news about it on ABC News last year or so.

If that is what you are looking for, then Obama's health insurance plan
fills your requirements. He is not proposing a unversal health care system.

His proposal is just not possible while we're deep in debt and we're struggling with bills! high food price, high gas cost, high everything. In fact - ever wonder how he's funding to make it cheaper? Cost Reduction?? NO! WRONG! it's COST SHIFT. The government will subsidize the health cost which means they will be picking up a huge tab of the medical cost which means it will FURTHER our national debt! in order to offset that - we gotta pay MORE tax! duh??? Small difference between Obama and Clinton is that Obama does not mandate people to have health insurance. Obama's plan shares similarity as European's health care - everybody's in it. everybody's all covered but share the burden....... <cough> so sah LEEEEE sim!!! <cough cough>

Obama preaches of "Quality, Affordable, and Portable" coverage for all. Ok let's see:

Quality: same as McCain and Clinton
Affordable: Same as Clinton but "Cost Shift"
Portable: same as Clinton - but no mandating all to have insurance.

Conclusion: Sure he'll succeed in getting many to have health insurance but this is ILLOGICAL and RISKY especially in this time of bad economy, high national debt, SUFFERING citizens from high costs (food, gas, tax, etc.) Obama's plan has NO EXPLANATION nor PLAN nor IDEA to tackle this cost containment.

Cost Shifting NOT equals to Cost Saving!!!!

Remember, my dad is retired veteran, I got know from him about injured veterans, I'm not trust with your bullshit.

Yep, its bullshit of the highest order that our returning vets are not being cared for.

yes of course it does affect me which is why i work very hard NOT to be in that situation. I hate to brag but I make enough not to skimp on costs and I have a an excellent health care benefit. Yup I'm that educated enough to know my priority. Apparently you don't. That's what you get for filling your head with unrealistic and un-pragmatic idealism. Sorry.

i'm sorry you can't see it. we'll just leave at it. Now you know how we gun owners and death penalty supporters feel

Yes, I know exactly how you gun owners and death penalty supporters feel and think. And that is what is so frightening....that there are actually people out there that are this misinformed and have such distorted thought processes.

Again, your post is indicative of a a complete inability to use any form of critical thinking and a complete misunderstanding of the issues. You have to look past the end of your own nose, jiro.

speak for yourself! that frightens me too! talk about misplacement of concern!

**nodding** Like I said, people need to look farther than the end of their own nose.

ah.... your reply is indicative of incomplete/poor understanding of inner working of such ambitious plan especially when it comes to economy and budget. You think a great plan is a great plan? No. There's always a gimmick. There's always a cost. You have to look past the shiny golden paper, Jillio. Here's a pair of sunglasses so you don't get blinded by its shiny promise!! :cool2:

eh some fell thru a crack which some politicians... probably liberals and Democrats greatly exaggerated. Veterans are fine but not all. My ex-military friend was well-treated for. He has PTSD. My West Point comrades are fine and well-treated for too. They're A-OK. My gf worked at VA hospital for a year as dentist and everything's all updated and well-paid. Vets were well-treated. :dunno:

Do you ever have an origninal thought?

And of course there is always a cost, jiro. The question is which plan produces the greatest benefit at the most reduced cost. And, try to think outside the box, here. "Cost" does not always mean a dollar bill.

You solution for all points that are validated is to simply pretend they don't exist. Are you related to the ostrich family?

uh.... so... i don't see what's your problem. All I see is you being self-righteous, preaching that it's a golden cure for all. All you state is that everybody will be covered and it'll be cheaper but you fail to state how so I merely explained how.
