NYC now the safest big city!

;)

Seriously though I call this place a town, but its actually a city. If you wanted to call this place a city, the murder ratio is pretty damn low.

over 6 years with 3 murders... 100,000 people. amounts to 0.00003:100,000

Try Bellevue, WA. over 100k people and had few years of zero murders. They recently had 2 murders in a year with 120k people in the city limits. I think it's due to the economy.

No dice, Jiro. Not buying it. LOL. It's already obvious that ratios on murder rate do *differ* between cities but a ratio for murder rate does not change for a city or town for the year 's total murder when using a rate of per 1000 or 10,000 population figure.

that's ok if you don't get the picture. at least I'm not exhibiting symptom of unhealthy fixation nor any sign of damage on prefrontal cortex.

still not answering my simple question? I see.....

How about we say there is no "safest" city out there?
There can be cities that are safer than others but, either way, there's bound to be some sort of trouble or crime commited at some point in time. So I would say, in theory, there really isn't a "safe" city to begin with.
Just my itty-bitty 2 cents :aw:

Nothing ironic. Refusal to include apt description of a picture even after realizing for not doing so isn't nothing to sneeze at.

oh like what you did in 2 weather threads?
