Newton Shooting BUSTED?

I had good friend, he was awesome guy and passed away last year at age of 70. He said to me, which made me realize he was right all along. He said Law is made to be broken.

What he mean is that if we create laws, there will always be somebody breaking it, whether inside or outside. This means, there will always be a law enforcer breaking the law by taking advantage of the law and system, for example cops arrested you for selling cocaine then he takes some cocaine from you and sell for themselves. Had it happened? Don't be too naive to say nev'r.

That is why it is wise not to create unnecessary laws.

IRS is responsible to crack the tax fraud down.

Not pay taxes = your property will raid by IRS agents.
What does IRS have to do with gun violence?

What does IRS have to do with gun violence?

what do ATF cases and DEA cases have in common? tax evasion. Al Capone was arrested and charged by IRS.

as for gun violence - FBI can take of it.

Alright, Phoenix ATF wanted to go ahead but it fucked up.

That was stupid of them. I wouldn't approve it.

this is not the first time ATF was a bad boy. and did you read the other link about ATF breaking into a law-abiding citizen's home without warrant in Colorado?

there are dozens dozens dozens more stories about ATF being bad boy. New Orleans is one of them too. innocent people have been killed.

I am not sure that I have. BTW, my friend, Gus who is a deaf Mexican told me that several years ago ATF or DEA raided the house where he rents a room. They were looking for his hearing friend, Edgar who sold dope but he moved out a week before. They seized 19 guns (most of them that belonged to Edgar's father). Gus was pissed off that he had to clean up his room that they messed up.

I heard that any LEO can break in if there's no answer to the front door after 10 or 15 seconds. Of course, a warrant is a must. Hire a lawyer to sue them if they don't have a warrant.

For tax evasion, yes but for gun violence, no.

that's what Colorado woman did and nothing happened. the investigation was closed and ATF just said "Well I hope you have a better day than you’ve had so far."

didn't even make any apology at all. so you still a big fan of ATF now?

As you may know, when there's a settlement, most of the times it must be confidential. Colorado lady who sued it might be required to keep her mouth shut after the settlement.

Same thing with my wife who sued the County of LA for an act of discrimination. She got the settlement but she's not allowed to talk to anyone about it as agreed.

I just want ATF to do its job, especially busting black marketers and their customers.

I remember how it happened in Waco. The letter carrier found grenades and other stuffs to be delivered but the boxes got damaged because of those heavy contents so he/she immediately reported it to the supervisor who reported it to the Postal Inspector who reported it to ATF. When ATF showed up, they were attacked. The point is that Branch Davidians bought them illegally.

FBI can do the job just fine. ATF is not needed. It was created to be above the law in order to the job. I guess you're perfectly fine with it.

I have to add that the OP information is from a few hours after the shooting, when all types of tidbits of semi-information were flying around and being reported.

The following is the most up-to-date and official information regarding the guns found at the scene:

"To eliminate any confusion or misinformation, we will again describe and identify the weapons seized at the school crime scene," Connecticut State Police Spokesman Lt J. Paul Vance said Friday, January 18, via a press release.
Seized inside the school were the following: a Bushmaster .223 caliber-- model XM15-E2S rifle with high capacity 30 round clips; a Glock 10 mm handgun; and a Sig-Sauer P226 9mm handgun.
Seized from the suspect’s car in parking lot was a Izhmash Canta-12 12 gauge Shotgun.

So, it was indeed a shotgun you see in the video of the trunk of the car, it has never been identified as anything else by the Conneticut police ... and neither have the 'in school' guns been identified as anything but what is stated above.

:ty: I was waiting for that accurate information so now it's a fact compared to NBC's inaccurate reports. So Newton shooting BUSTED? WTF are they talking about? Jiro's quote: "but I'm glad that NBC came clean". Really?

I re-read an older thread, "Connecticut school massacre" and found the same info. NY Times was right in the first place.

A federal law enforcement official said the three guns recovered at the school — Glock and Sig Sauer pistols and an M4 .223-caliber Carbine — were bought legally by the gunman’s mother and registered in her name. Other weapons were recovered from her home, the official said.

Fucking no, you don't believe any medias except NBC. That's why you made this thread to support NBC. BUSTED! Even you said that NBC came clean but it actually didn't. What's more, NY Times was accurate in the first place. On Dec 15th, you posted that link (from NY Times) in another thread so thank you for that. I trust NY Times from now on.

Just because I said I'm glad NBC came clean doesn't mean I support NBC

I don't even watch NBC news.
