Marquez bought two assault rifles later used in the shooting, but authorities haven't been able to talk to him because he checked himself into a mental hospital after the attack.

That was very clever of Marquez to check into a mental hospital , he much feel he has a reason to fear the police . He could know why the couple wanted the guns he brought for them and that would made him guilty of being apart of the mass shooting.

That's what I think, and when he comes out from mental hospital, he will have lawyer ready to defend for him, and the authorities will not get the answers from him.

Yeah he could declared mentally incompetent , you only have to google this to find what steps you needs to take to become ':crazy: ' all of a sudden.

Reminds me of that woman who helped the two men escape from prison in NY. She checked into a mental hospital right after, too.

Here is question that I have pondering, if United States CAN wipe out ISIS, mind you, ISIS is just another gang in the Middle East, if US can wipe out ISIS, how come they can't wipe out bunch of gangs in the United States? We DO have problems with gangs everywhere in the USA since '70s, if USA can't wipe these gangs out, then they can't simply wipe out ISIS either.

if ISIS is a country, then sure could wipe them out like we did with Hitler (Or did Hitler get away?) Its really stupid to compare ISIS with Libya because Libya is a country with a leader where anyone can take the leader down easily.

The crime rate is declining in US that hasn't seen since 1950s or 1960s level.

Also, street gangs are declining due to RICO and it take more time to take them off the street like LA did.

I think that is what DHB's point is.

If the US is taking forever in wiping out gangs, they are not going to be able to wipe out ISIS in a single weekend.

The problem is... there will ALWAYS be one sort of gang or another. It's not the end of ISIS type "gangs".
