Man won't submit to security, TSA won't let him fly. Who's right?

Ahh....you are assuming hijackers are in their right mind. I think that may be a bit of faulty logic.

Him saying that he have to go to Philadelphia now and continue this thread, that logic is bit faulty too!

*hides*

doesn't have to be military but just those with strong personality and "higher education".

The reason why all Israeli guards have military background is because of mandatory conscription anyway.
I have a BS in Political Science; is that "higher" enough? :dunno:

Some members on here have a different interpretation of what constitutes child porn than its legal definition.

Images created to simulate erotic feelings, that is how I define pornography.

An invasion to one's private parts against their wish is an offense. Whether it is considered porn, child porn, rape, and what's what are ONE offense. Why worry whether it is child porn or not?

Anything can be pornographic.

Maybe we should ban ferns at state workplaces because it may trigger some stimulation of someone who's into semi-naked babies on ferns. If someone believes it to be an emotional connection; it can become offensive.

If you believe your child is inappropriately imaged under the scatterback scanners; then subject them to a pat-down. If you think that's too invasive, you're probably right. Let's allow children to bypass all or most security measures since there's absolutely zero risk to allowing them to board.

Gov't agencies are in constant change when it comes to policies and procedures. Sometimes it gets amplified because one planned audio taped of "If you touch my crotch, I'll have you arrested".
