exactly what the title said. a driver dancing (oh i'm sorry - BOPPING) to the music while driving.
that's incredibly rude of you. Something that we deafies faced with on daily basis - "never mind"
HA - it's the animated picture of some strange cartoon from tv channel called Adult Swim. the protagonist is standing on middle of the road, doing some strange yoga-like posture. meanwhile - the bad guy is driving the car in attempt to run over him. Right before the impact, the hero flew toward the windshield and crushed the driver. and then he drove the car.
Pretty silly.
In many states, completion of a driver's education course is compulsory prior to earning a learner's permit to ultimately obtain a driver's license. Driver's education courses usually vary from state to state, but driver’s education is usually required to get a driver’s license for the first time. These courses can sometimes help to decrease insurance premiums in some states. Also, they can sometimes eliminate remove points from a person's driver’s license and some states allow driver education courses to be taken to dismiss traffic violations.

in other word..... hardly effective. don't you think we should try to improve it? or is your stance - do nothing, do less, or everything is fine the way it is?
Oh, puhleeze, Jiro. Now you are accusing me of being insensitive to the deaf community. You really are out of line.
And your description merely confirms my response to HA.
No, I am disputing your statement that teaching a child to drive is the parent's responsibility. Most states require completion of a driver's education course.
Actually - I'm accusing of you being insensitive to BLIND community. Relevant of not, HA asked for description. I don't decide what's relevant or not for her. She can decide it for herself. I thought you're a supporter of Intervenor Program?
and what about learner's permit? Parents do accompany them, don't they?
Since you aren't blind, how about if we let HA make the determination of whether she thinks I was being rude to her or not? I don't think she has appointed you as her personal savior recently.
No, it is not dancing. It is keeping time to the music while in a seated position.
Don´t you know that this is a debate thread? The debate threads with exchange views is good education for everyone... It can change person´s mind... I would suggest you to ignore this thread here if you feel that we attempt to change your opinion.
Oh yes, very glad because it´s about safety.
What about the learner's permit? The child has to have a learner's permit in order to take the driver's education course, as it includes actual road time.
You keep preaching driver's ed, and I've shown you that most states already require driver's ed before a driver can get a license. They also require it for certain driving infractions. People are still texting and driving, as well as doing numerous other unsafe things behind the wheel despite having completed a driver's education course.
