Legal Weed Sales

Ambrosia said that I am the only one who seems to agree with Reba. WTF was she talking about? I didn't make an argument with Reba so does that mean I agree with her? *scratch my head*

Hey man, we do agree with Reba too so no worry. :D

No, I never said that I agree with her who opposes pot sales. It's just her opinion/thought/belief or whatever. Not in a million years we can change her mind. People who argued with her wasted their breath. BUT that doesn't mean I support her at all. She's not the only one who opposes it. There are millions like her. So what?

You have to agree with her so just accept it. :D

why are you asking me this?

#217. Was that reply to my post #216? If so, what was that supposed to mean?

Ok
why did you quote me, hoichi a man. crazypaul while you were referring to ambrosia? a woman who is not me?
i'm many things crazy paul, a smookin cute masseuse i am not.
(lights cigarette, tosses lighter on table, exhales)
So i'm trying to figure this out? (scratches head)
For clarity sake, i'm just asking a question re one of your posts to ME. which i assumed, since you were addressing me you wished me to reply. If i'm wrong i apologize. Now you don't have to answer it of course. But usually when people quote each other they wish the one being quoted to reply. Hence my post asking you why you asked me your question rather then ambrosia. even though it is her you wished to ask.
anyway.
Since you wont answer my question, i will certainly answer your question to me regarding why another poster ambrosia said what she said. Again i think its weird you asked me, but hey so be it.

in post 222 you asked me this of her

i don't know my friend, but i'm sure if you ask her she will answer you

now pass the joint pls..........

Sorry CP but you hadn't exactly posted anything good about marijuana in this thread. But you had posted some stupid article claiming a man went canibal from it.......so that SEEMED to put you on the anti pot page with Reba.

what i don't get is why crazy paul isn't a cannibal yet?
(looks both ways)
considering is love for the demon green

Shouldn't we make Black Friday illegal after all?

Wait! This makes me wondering how many people got injured or killed directly from booze on that same day, in same location? I bet there are already x number of injuries and maybe death on January 1st for booze related incidents, don't forget January 1st is number one when it comes to booze, ain't booze any safer than weeds? I don't think so!

I watched CNN TV last night. It reported that even though people buy pot legally in Colorado, the new law allows an employer to fire an employee who smokes pot. WTF? I wonder if the employees will be required to take a drug test by their employers. Also it reported that sales tax for pot may be 20%.

Edited: Update 10 things to know about Colorado's recreational marijuana shops - CNN.com

Retail weed will have a 25% state tax -- plus the usual state sales tax of 2.9% -- making recreational pot one of the most heavily taxed consumer products in Colorado. Some communities are adding even more taxes to the product.

Drink booze at work = termination so its same thing.
I am not sure whether it talked about on or off clock. The report didn't have enough details. It didn't say that an employer can fire its employee who smokes pot at work. It didn't also say that an employer can fire its employee who smokes pot at home. It only said that an employer can fire its employee who smokes pot which could mean an employer can fire a pot smoker.

Someone here (I think it was WDYS) said that an employer can even fire an employee who smokes medical pot wherever it's legal.

For example, my employer can't fire me because I am a beer drinker (drinking at home, not at work).

Yeah I agree. The employer should not fire a worker for smoking pot at home. Same thing with drinking at home as long as the employer is not smoking/drinking on the job. But that is if the pot is legal. If it's illegal then that argument is useless.

Once it becomes legal then pot and booze should have equal rules.
