That is an excellent thing to do. I used to be in a high pressure sales job. There was a lot of fine print that needed to be signed. People are often furious at a later time when they discover they actually gave our company permission to do something that they thought was illegal for us to do.

then you must have been a very dishonest salesperson

I do. The fine print especially.

They can pass laws for themselves, but it don't mean they're share the information to the public at large.

For example, online here in my county, they deleted the cost of a speeding ticket and we are forced to wait 23 days to find out how much our fine will be so if one elects to pay the fine to avoid the hassle of going to court so they don't hafta worry about more fines, such as failure to appear or pay bail money if a bench warrant is issued against them if they missed a court date, retaining a lawyer and etc.

So they can pass laws, but they don't have to tell us everything...

Yiz

Then if one doesnt read the fine print, then they will get screwed. However, if it was so important for people to read, why put the information in such such fine print?

How many actually take the time to read the TOS, FAQs and Software agreements before clicking "I agree" to install them?? :giggle:

What does any of that have to do with making tax information public?

then that means you are not doing your citizenry job of staying informed. they are not your mommy and daddy. you're an adult. stop living your life getting told of anything.

seems like people who are against dishonesty are actually promoting it? Am I tripping?

so it's corporation's fault for our laziness to not read it?

Well, how do you know he doesn't donate to charity or use his money for good intentions? he needs money to make films that educate the public.

I am wealthier than my boyfriend's family. While I do try to help by buying them groceries and babysitting, do I think they are entitled to my "wealth"? Nope.

No one is entitled to another person's wealth. The issue is not about wealth - it's about corruption.

Yep, Ben and Jerry are very wealthy as well. They donate a large amount of their profits to numerous charitable and green organizations.

I ask you again for several times - Did Michael Moore profit from the poor? exploit them? acted like those corporations which make billions of dollars?

and he did give away his money such as paying for his enemy's wife's $12,000 medical bill anonymously.

Of course and the poor buys his movie tickets and his DVDs. Right? Of course he profits from the poor.

Yes he exploited the deaths of a School staff and students by putting out "Bowling for Columbine" in 2001, two years after the incident for profits.

Can you say, "Tax break" for donations?

dude.....................................

he tells people its OK TO COPY HIS MOVIES AND DISTRIBUTE!

MICHAEL MOORE: Well, I don’t agree with the copyright laws and I don’t have a problem with people downloading the movie and sharing it with people. As long they’re not doing it to make a profit off it, as long as they’re not, you know, trying to make a profit off my labor. I would oppose that. But um, you know I do quite well and I um…I don’t know, I make these books and movies and TV shows because I want things to change, so the more people that get to see them the better, and um, so I’m, I’m happy when that happens, OK? Should I not be happy I don’t know? It’s like if a friend of yours has the DVD of my movie, gave it to you to watch one night, is that person doing something wrong? I’m not seeing any money from that. But he’s just handing the DVD to you so that you can watch my movie. A DVD that he bought, but you’re not buying it, yet you’re watching it without paying me any money. See I think that’s OK, and it’s always been OK, we share things with people. And I think information and art, ideas should be shared.

It isn't wrong to be wealthy. It is wrong to die wealthy.

There are three kinds of wealthy people .... Those that share, those that don't and those that give it all away.

Maybe you should add "For FREE." Otherwise, they will accuse people of contributing to the exploitation and his wealth.:laugh2:

So, everyone knows when they are going to die, up to the day, and should give everything they own away first?:laugh2:

Hmmmm ..... Should I have been dishonest when I told the truth? Maybe someone is tripping.
