Yes I know that but when we were fighting England, they were the biggest navy in the world and we still won. What does that tell you?

none. we won because of French assistance, England being busy and stretching thin with fighting other countries, and geographic advantage.

one has to remember that it is the regime that is such a P.I.T.A.(pain in the ***), not the Iranian people in general. but that's ok, Nuke those that attack us just like we did in Japan in WWII. you saw how fast that war stopped after the bomb...we need to do it again...:cool2:

Sad part is, people like that are never happy, never satisfied, & worst of all, NEVER EVER shut up till they are dead.
 
the problem we had in Viet Nam, was that Washington tried to run the war from there instead of letting our generals & other officers that were there run the war...

for example, how does one blow up only 1/2 of a bridge?? In war time, you either blow up the whole thing or you leave it alone...there was too much politics in the Viet Nam War, & then you had people with ZERO war experience trying to tell our seasoned Generals how to fight a war...
