OB--You think this whole thing 'stinks'...you're not the only one...there's some that think this whole thing is fishy, some think other things, the whole thing is causing such a riff in AD, pulling members from every which way...out on some battleground when that is NOT what AD wants to see nor does most of the members want to see. It's so easy to play the blame game and point at one or more people for this whole situation...people like you and a few others are so readily adapt to pointing your fingers at 'us', the 'Mod Team' and/or the Administrator. First off, just like Alex had already stated, we did not proceed with this situation by 'protecting' anyone in a manner that's inappropriate! It's like some of you may 'see' things in one or perhaps two ways, but as for 'us' (Mod Team/Administrator), we had to SEE things in every which way possible!!

There are quite a few members who stood up for us, the mod team/administrator, we are gratefully thankful for these kind of people...yet, people like you who keep badgering among the threads throwing out accusations and demanding accountability....as for accountability, we're all accounted for--we all learned a thing or two and this whole situation has touched spots/feelings never felt before. Like it is with the fact that my name along with my fiance' and having our home address plastered in the Forum openly and some crazy-azzed banner being exploited in other sites--yet, you remain having such a hard-on for RS and everything surrounding him, etc., that shows you have no clue whatsoever how and what the Mod Team/Administrator has gone through just to keep our necks above water, yet, it's folks like you who are continously grabbing at our feet and pulling us under water. When Alex already announced with his post, that was plenty good enough, but not good enough for people like yourself!

Now, you can start worrying and start counting the minutes you do have left here in AD missus....and oh, by the way, throwing back the lame comment you made earlier: 'You can rot in hell in your chair for all I care' Yes, you've pretty much made it clear that you cannot 'move on'...always have to find 'fault' and place it somewhere. Guess what? We're all at fault here, you, me and everyone else! There...you got your answer. Either stop with the rants or find some other place to be! All I got to say for now--

I have one thing to say. This would NOT be happening now if Buck was permanently banned a year ago. Because, he was unbanned, this happened. Who's fault is that? Not mine. I don't have the ability to ban/unban members. But, Alex and the mod team does, so the fault lies with the team.

As for what happened with the addresses, that's really funny. Someone posts an address and he's pernanently banned, yet Buck makes threats and that's okay?

You can think of me however you like, Roadrunner. You can also do whatever you wish as far as my account goes. As for moving on, well, all I can say is, I didn't play ball the way you'd like me to, and that's too bad. There are some things in life that are way to important to ignore and I had to make my feelings known. It's sad no one thinks of that girl Buck was bothering. But, I guess this forum as "moved on", and she became yesterday's news, too?

Thats it. It states... Then, a detective took over her account with her permission. That was THEN. And it shouldn't have shown up under a similiar IP address that compared to Taylor's own, but under the detective's.

That was over a couple months ago. By now, she should have her account back, and it should have reverted back to her own IP address.

Good Point... I´m waiting to hear Taylor´s side first then....

The flaming has already happened, damage was done. Some members were banned, one permamently banned for posting personal information. There were personal attacks, especially against two people. Even the young teenager, she has been attacked for her part in this, too, along with Taylor. As it stands, this issue is still dividing the AllDeaf community.

This was brought up again, in a different thread. Again, the age issue was brought up, and the whole situation was kept alive by keeping up remarks on the RS/BD situation.

As long as you all keep bringing it up, the flaming, insulting and so-called "innocent remarks" will continue. More members will be hurt, and even banned for the attacks or remarks that clearly state the issue.

I understand that some of you want to talk it all out, but it will not work out anymore. It just won't, not when some of you are still insistent on clearly outlining the line between those groups that would have it one way or another.

I feel that this issue has run its course, and to continue it, would be demerimental to AllDeaf.

My two cents - and yes, I will keep spending those two cents over and over as I see fit.

It´s Alex & moderator´s decision for give a person 2nd chance or not... If they refused to give person 2nd chance then is their good reason...

Hey, maybe Alex was assisting a law enforcement agency and can't comment on a pending case (gather evidence, arrest, indictment, trial) and if that's the case, I laud him. If I was this site's owner, I would do anything, including allowing law enforcement any number of ID accounts in order to rid society of such vermin and anything else they'd want me to do.

And maybe I'm talking thru a hole in my head, too; however, if the above is correct, then Alex deserves the highest respect as a fellow citizen.

The rest or many of the posts here are just pure Monday morning quarterbacking. Many people have no idea what it takes to be in the shoes of a moderator. Hindsight's a wonderful thing, indeed!

Has this happened before just like this ? I think not. It happened the first time when it comes to Buck. So, if you are soo concerned about WHEN he did this or that - why do you CARE about WHEN ? If, it happened the first time, then there's no reason to make an accussation or blame on MODS or Alex. Let them learn a lesson and there'll be a better next time. They will adjust things to make it improve next time.

Well, like I said in my previous post that if, it never happened like this before as it was their first time -- then, you should let them learn a thing or 2. Don't make things too hard on them. They are just like you - a human bein'. They are NOT God to know everythin'. You don't need to worry about Buck now since he is banned for good. Soo - let's move on, shall we ?

No People don't want questions asked. Levonian was banned because he asked questions. CCSiinned was banned much for the same reason. His posting the address was in poor taste, but it was NOT against any rules, yet he was banned.

Who's going to be next? Me? Far as I know, I've not broken any rules, except to go against what people want and move on.

I'm more than alittle surprised at most of you. I would've thought you would have wanted questions answered about why Buck was given that second chance. Instead, you all want to do is "move on". Well, sticking your head in the sand and pretending something didn't happen doesn't solve jack. It just adds to the problem. Mods can delete and edit threads, but that still doesn't mean something didn't happen.

What do you mean you aren't obligated to tell us?! Also, if Taylor set Steve up like you're trying to claim, why was Steve subsequently banned? He hasn't been found guilty of any crimes yet.

I think you banned him because this could blow up in your face and you knew it could. If you allowed a suspected internet predator to continue on your forum, that would look bad, so you banned Steve. But, now you're saying Taylor possibly set him up?

I really doubt that; considering Steve openly admitted his relationship with the girl. That's something you can't ignore. Steve admitted wrong doing. So, how could there be a set up? Unless you want to believe the rantings of a lunatic?

Steve is GONE! Taylor did something right. Alex and mod team corrected it as soon as they were aware of it (as far as i know this is true) So they also are right. only one thing i didnt like abt whole thing was the banning.. it seem to be banning month or something. suddenly everyone got banned one time or other. it has gotten to a point where even i am afraid to post something.

and may i suggest something? its done! its in past now. i just hope everyone learned lessons from this experience both positive and negative and next time it should happen... i hope everyone including mod team and alex AND regular members... will know what to do and how to do it right.

just dont sweep all this shyt under the carpet. we gotta keep this so everyone is aware of whats going on and know what to look for so we can prevent it from happening again. hm? yes?

It's wrong, to published someone's personal home address, their full names, even their personal information, CCSinned deserved to get banned no questions asked, what he did was very disrespectful and ungracious.

Alex already explained on the first page, and he even admit that he made a mistake, what more do you want?!! It takes a bigger person to even admit it. You think I like the fact that Buck was given a second chance? Of course not, but I'm damn glad he is permanently banned now. There is no reason to keep going at it, people make mistakes do you understand what mistakes means to you? Not everyone uses their best judgement. We learned from our mistakes and correct them. You had an opportunity to prove your point, to convince us otherwise, but you have nothing to back up your point up with.
