How many gym rats do we have here?

the key to arm bars is not to give them the chance to get it. lol don't give them straight arms or anything

Ever try and hold onto a limp noodle?

What was it exactly the exercises you were doing to make your bum sore? Is there a new exercise machine at your gym or what?

eh, I think I am the queen of the Y's TV at the Y. Every time I arrived there, I did ask for changing the channel to that show for several times. Last night, the worker at the Y saw me coming in the exercise room and then he took the remote control " wanna change the channel" without I asking him. :o

Eventually you get yourself recognized... part of what I call "good customer service" :giggle: Same goes for me when I go to waxing or hairdressers; I always get cream and coffee without even being asked if I want some :cool2:

It was the usual squats, leg press, eplipical, kick back....I didn't do anything new, but I've been out of the gym for the most part last last couple weeks due to an injury. :)

Being able to tear a phone book in half is going to extreme (and no, I can't do that).

Anyone can tear a phonebook in half. Plenty of videos on youtube to show you how. I have done it and it is very easy once you get the trick down.

Then produce a video of you doing that. It's not that simple if you have a much bigger phonebook. That's the thing. Try doing that with a deck of cards which is more raw strength than techniques though it's the thumbs that count. Clay does it quickly...without using his thumbs as the lead cutter.

He's a good friend I met while I was training for the strongman competition in New Mexico. He lived a few hours drive north of my place. Big dude. Has a few videos of him doing that. Strong forearms. Able to carry 250 to 300 or more in each hand in the Farmer's walk.

His name is Clay Edgin.

I don't have a video of me doing it and I need the one in my house, so how about a video of a skinny highschool kid ripping one up

The deck of cards is impressive. I couldn't do that.
