American law doesn't operate on web searches. It's a complex process of laws and context. The very fact that you think it's something you look up on the web and get an answer shows that you don't understand that. It is nothing at all like a State Constitution test. I have a bachelor's degree in political science (and holder of the PS major award for the year I graduated) with several law-related courses under my belt, and I wouldn't dream of providing legal advice to anyone. I would say, "Let me help you find legal services," which I have done.
And which I should be doing. Also, this female friend hasn't texted me in several days now, so maybe the issue is dead now. Last time I heard from her was Monday, but nothing since.
