Severe panic attack with no end in sight.

Same here, I had memory flashbacks today and it was very uncomfortable. :(

Sore from riding an old worn out snowmobile all day yesterday. It was great weather for the ride and went back to an area I have been wanting to go. Spectacular views of Mt. McKinley. I put up a picture on Pictures of You probably not the right spot.

Reba- sorry to hear of your diagnosis- :(

Awake because my eyes are a mess- swollen, painful and red :( Saturday it wasn't as bad at the DeafNation expo.. but Sunday..ugh!

I take Allegra but beginning to suspect it is not working so well anymore. Zyrtec sucked. Might try Claritan next- I can't take Claritan-D because of my glaucoma.

If you make some hot tea, use the tea bags for eye compresses. It really helps a lot. Also you can freeze spoons and use those on your eyes too. Hope something helps and you can get some sleep. I'm having trouble falling asleep due to my crazy bad tinnitus

I take daily Allegra to prevent hives. My allergist recommends Allegra because it has the least drowsy affects; he said it's the one military pilots can use.

Hubby takes Claritan-D for hayfever that bothers his sinuses. He says it doesn't make him drowsy either. His doctor has him alternate between Allegra and Claritan because he seems to build up a resistance to them. That is, one years Allegra, one year Claritan. Maybe that's what your situation is, too.

I'm sorry about your glaucoma.

Thank you.

I'm sorry about your glaucoma.

I have hay fever too and I take Dymista twice everyday - known as combined of Astepro and Flonase - works very well.

I used to took Clarinex, Allegra, Zyrtec and Claritin, but none of them works due to resistance. Zyrtec made my bowel more sensitive to lactose, even Lactaid will no longer works when I take Zyrtec, trigger symptoms from lactose intolerant. Clarinex and Claritin gave me diarrhea that triggered IBS flare up for 1-2 weeks.

Benadryl works for me, but I reserved for severe allergy and colds, and couldn't take one on daytime because of school and other errands. This medicine made me slept but it has no effect on my GI system.

That's why Dymista is only one method for me.

I don't have a counselor or anyone to talk to anymore, I used to have a counselor in Virginia, but now I'm on my own with everything except online with the forums, but that just elicits ridicule from others online just for wanting to talk to anyone which only increases my issue.

Does anyone ever get an almost non-stop panic attack that causes you to clutch the sides of your head, or is it just me? I haven't found anything on google about others with the same issue or how they deal with it.

Ive had thAt happen to me and its hard at times but really you can get over it. Im not saying its easy but its possible.

I cannot take Benadryl at all. It used to make me sicker when ER doctors gave it to me in an IV for my severe hives. My VA doctor told me that next time that happens to tell them I'm allergic to Benadryl so that they won't force me to use it.

Speaking of allergies-- my worst one is dust. I can get severely sick from touching a lot of dust. Happened once already.

Am tired and achy. I already know the cause and it's only going to get worse before getting better. It's weather related and we have storms moving through and the major part should hit us in the morning.

I don't take Benadryl on regular basis - just reserved for severe allergy or colds because of made me sleepy (drowsy).

I'm feeling unhappy. I felt like someone is against me as discrimination from AD members. I can't say who.

Discrimination isn't allowed here. If you feel like you're being discriminated against, you need to tell one of the mods. Let them handle it-- holding it inside of you will not help. Tell someone. Let it out-- privately.

Thank you. I appreciate. I will talk to mods on PM.

It is unwise to publicly say someone is discriminating you because then people will be curious as to who is doing such a thing, not to mention the person who is discriminating you may suspect you are talking about him/her and cause a storm on here. It is best to let the mod(s) know privately about this issue and trust me, this issue will be taken care of swiftly.

That's what I said.

Watching something on the internet helps, but takes a long time, whereas going out on a motorcycle and speeding like crazy or even in the car, seems to be a very quick solution to my anxiety. Could it be some sort of natural thing like adrenaline or something else being released during fast driving that overpowers anxiety?
