frustrated!!!!

lucia,

what would your major be in? i noticed the tag underneath your username says "amateur psychiatrist." would you major in psychology?

Graphic Design.

Psychology/psychiatry is just a hobby/interest of mine. :)

Alicia..I'm sorry ya had to be frustrated with your class workload and as well as to break up with your ex bf (I am sure ya had to do it to get him to get some help for himself regarding his issue)... I do think ya will be able to bounce back in no time and be able to complete your classes with no other problems appearing..hope that issue can be straigthened out so ya can resume classes somehow...

I have a meeting with the ombudsperson tomorrow regarding my issues. Worst comes to worst I might drop my program and take 4 electives next semester so that my OSAP loans/bursaries won't be taken away and then transfer those electives to maybe get some credits that will count at the University level

INC in Life.

Fail in Life.

Which would you pick?

I pick fail. Because I learn from it and I will continue to live after failing. Or I failed to make a life, yet I can try again and again.

Incomplete in life, means you don't have a completed life, you are missing something in your life. Or you aren't completed to make a life, you can't try again. You are INC.

Alicia.. I hope the meeting go well enough...do let us all know how the meeting went regarding your classes and credits and more...

I know. I'm just majoring in Graphic Design and I want to go to SAC cause I don't want to do all the stupid elective classes like they make you take at an university. I think electives are a waste of time as they have nothing to do with my major. Also, I can't walk across a large university campus anymore. I have hip dysplasia and can't walk far anymore.

My previous college was at Saint Cloud State University in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. I miss SCSU, but the course load was overwhelming, and there are too many electives to take.

don't you receive handicapped parking permit?

No, SAC is a community college meaning you cannot get a 4-year Bachelor's degree from there. SAC only offers 2-year, Associate degrees.

Well, my fiance says that they have graphic design classes, which is why I am going there. That's all that matters to me. I don't care if it's only an Associate degree. That's fine with me.

So, I saw the ombudsperson and I got withdrawals from 3 of my courses and I'm going to be re-doing them next semester/ the summer...so no summer for me again! lol thats 2 years in a row but that's ok i guess...u gotta do what u gotta do..So i'm a bit relieved that I don't have to do those im just hoping the 3 classes i have now i do ok in...

I'm glad you were able to talk to the ombudsperson and get sorted.

I wish you the best luck for the future!
