I actually had a beach sex with the hearing girl under the pier around 3 am once. After that, the girl who knew ASL asked me to help find one of her earrings that was missing during sex. I was like "WTF". It was too damn dark and how could I find it in the sand? My point is that there were no people around at that time in that area. :lol:

They made love on the beach during the daylight with people around. DUMB MOVE! Why didn't they do it in the car somewhere people can't see if they couldn't afford a hotel room?

I agree with you and WDYS 100%. All I can say is that it's an inappropriate act (non-violence) and they should deserve a lesser punishment.
 
15yrs. is a harsh sententence between 2 people having consensual sex on the beach. Being banned from the beach/park sounds much more realistic.

Google up, see if Massachusetts allows you to use metal detectors on beach, or hey try Outer Banks, NC... they have sign that bans use of metal detectors on beaches, guess you have not been at beach much lately.

CP does not live in NC nor MA.

btw - I just did some quick google. it's actually legal to use metal detector on beaches - depending on local ordinances... just not on state property like state park.
