I like John McCain. Because he support gay marriage, and environment issues.
But I knew about Hillary Clinton doesn't support gay marriage issues.
But I am not gay. I believe that gay marriage for gay couples are OK for me.

Ahh.....really, he "don't care" about gay marriage. He let the states to decide on gay marriage.

If you consider wealth to be a disqualifies, then that eliminates all the candidates, Republican and Democrat.

Is she running on the Republican ticket? No? Then please post her in the Democrat thread poll.

Of course, she is Democrat. I did not know that there is a link for Democract thread because I didn't see one until you showed us the link. Thanks.

Every politician have the most money than us so they can make a choice whether to run a president. That's it.

What kind of "qualification" is being the wife of a politician?

Did you notice that this is the "Republican" poll?

that's only he (is that she?) have in his (is that her?) mind that care about Hillary's breast show power.

actual, he don't want to have Federal allow all nation for same-sex marriage but prefer toward individual state's decide.

No, I didn't mean to say about I don't want to have Federal allow all nations for same-sex marriage. I mean I said, " I want to have allow all nation for same-sex marriage, what I saying." I not prefer toward individual state's decide.

Yup, that right.

He's just neutral about it like not against or support them.

Oh please, he did nothing with homosexual marriage but he's neutral, not against or support on them.

He's not opening in closet like Kerry did but Kerry did opened it and support on them but Hillary did opened it to against on them but... John McCain is just nothing, like neutral.

Darn it! I wish he would have to allow Federal law to control us over
all the states, but not. Oh well.

Sam Brownback

I don't agree with him on many abortion issues. He opposes abortion even for women pregnant by rapists. He also voted on recommending constitutional ban on flag desecration. Hmm...

Rudy Giuliani

Sure, he is popular, but he's got plenty of skeletons in his closet. As a mayor, he helped reducing the crimes in NYC. I also know a new yorker mentioned she was glad he did work hard by reducing the crimes. She didn't see any prostitutes on the streets anymore. She felt safe. I can understand why he was disgusted by Anti-Catholic art (Poo art). lol.. He is for free speech for private expression, not publicly-funded art.

On his gun control view, all gun owners should pass written test.

He mentioned he would personally execute Bin Laden for attacking NYC.

I disagree with him on allowing an immigrant to become the US president. He would change rule barring immigrants from running for president.

Ron Paul

He is one of the rare politicians that strongly supports the constitution, but he is too isolationist and too libertarian. He'd make a good senator, but will not be a good president.

Mike Huckabee

Not sure about him. I got a weird vibe from him for some reason. He hates abortion, but support a woman's right to choose. He also wants to raises teacher salary. He also supports self defense and castle doctrine. He supports Internet sales tax.. Argh, why, Huckabee?

Duncan Hunter

I've met him around the San Diego County. He is a lousy politician. I've know too many locals who have been ranting about him because he absolutely did nothing about illegal immigrants after he kept making comments that he will solve the illegal immigration. All he did is chit-chat. I would not recommend him.

John McCain

He is a military hero, but he needs to control his tact. I disagree with his bipartisan immigration bill. He also voted on allowing illegal immigrants to participate in Social Security. He said abortion is ok if raped: and no testing for rape. I am not a fan of the Patriot Act.

Mitt Romney

Ah, I know one of his distant cousins since I was 16. Nice fella. He needs to explain more on his views.

Tommy Thompson

He is all right, but not a wit. Please, ask your pal, Fred Thompson to make an announcement for presidential race.

Mitt Romney

I have read about Mitt Romney several times. He betrayed many of us because an underwater tunnel in Boston was severely damaged that cost us billions of dollars. He hired his own friends working on the tunnel project as doing their dirty work. They did not have right material because the cement has been cracked a few times. The broken cement landed a car from ceiling and killed a driver. That was a second time. There are more problems in the tunnel as water leaking and more cracks. They just refilled the cement instead of replace the cement because of state financial problems.

He almost has no mortal because he has a plenty of money whatever he is interested in helping them with his OWN choice. He has a big ego. He made a biggest debt in the state history. Springfield city is near broke. It is all about the tunnel issue that caused a biggest problem of all. They should have built a bridge instead of the longest underground tunnel.

He has a nice house in Hull, and hired them to build a large windpower mill so that he will have less electricity bills. There is a 2nd windpower near Hyannis. Why it is in Hyannis? - it's because Ted Kennedy wants one, and he lives there.

Many people want one in some towns, but it has been debating for years. Nantucket Island wealthy owners do not want them. I finally realized that they do not give a damn about us. We demand the windpowers so that the machines will help to clean air and clean environment. This is a number one.

Romney is not the best man to run the president. He leave his many unsolved problems to the new Governor of Massachusetts. That's the fact. The new Governor does want to bring them up yet until a president is selected. He made his promise to Mitt. Actually, we did not know Governor Deval Patrick that well.

Thanks, Webexplorer. Can you send me your credible sources you have read about Mitt Romney, please? I would like to read the information regarding him making a debt in the state history.

I fail to see Mitt Romney was responsible for the Big Dig disaster. I have watched the news and couldn't find any article that says Mitt Romney was at fault for the leaks and Big Dig accident. My heart goes out for a driver. That was such a tragedy. I am told MA residents were blaming the MA Turnpike Authority who was the responsible for the construction of the Big Dig. I recently looked up the history of the Big Dig project and the Boston Globe (you need to register in order to read the articles online) and I was surprised that President Ronald Reagan vetoed the Big Dig project because he felt it was too expensive, but Congress overrode his veto, and the project started in 1991. Mitt Romney was not a governor at the time. It also says under MA law, the Turnpike Authority is an independent agency that does not report to the governor. After Mitt Romney was sworn in 2003, he called for the merger in 2003 and 2004. But the MA legislature rejected Romney's call for consolidation. The leaks in the 1-93 tunnel was discovered and Romney called for Matthew Amorello, the chairman and CEO of the Turnpike Authority's resignation. But Amorello refused to resign. In June 2005, Romney asked the MA Supreme Judicial Court to grant him the authority to fire Amorello, but the request was denied. A year later, a driver was killed in the I-90. Amorello still refused to resign. Gov. Mitt Romney didn't appoint him. Governor Jane Swift appointed him. They are blaming her as well. Romney still wanted Amorello fired and had to scheduled a hearing for the chairman. Amorello faced pressures and everything and finally resigned.

I am curious about the wind power mill. We have wind powers in southern CA and they looks cool. lol I think it is one of the great ways to reduce electricity bills. I also found out about flat screen television increasing electricity bills triple, which is not a good sign. :X I am not a big fan of Ted Kennedy. A friend of mine is a Boston native. He personally know Gov. Mitt Romney. Anyway, my friend is moderate, a bit wealthy and takes enivornment issues seriously, but he absolutely cannot stand Ted Kennedy because wealthy residents keep voting him in his name. I think Teddy Kennedy needs to retire and play football in Hyannis.

Nantucket Island is beautiful and I see why wealthy residents do not want them because wind powers look hideous and don't want them disrupting their beautiful views. Sooner or later, wealthy residents need to learn to accept them. My friend also told me that MA residents always like to make fun of their home-state, "Taxachusetts".

I am sorry to hear the problems about Governor Deval Patrick. He overspent fortune on little things such as drapes for his office! I recall that Gov. Deval Patrick wanted to modify the immigration policy that was started by the Romney administration that means Patrick will remove the responsibility of MA state troopers to detain illegal immigrants that was given to them by Gov. Mitt Romney. State Police's Power To Arrest Illegal Immigrants Modified - News Story - WCVB Boston

Sorry for the long post. It is past my bedtime. Hopefully, I look forward to reading your future links, Webexplorer.

Peace out.

You got very good detail about Romney. It is unfortunately for him that he cannot deal with the problems. He hides so many things when he is running for the president. He is probably nice man. I think that he is not best candidate.

Bad Days for Big Dig

I like Ted Kennedy, but I don't trust him. I even don't trust both parties. I am Democrat. Both parties NEVER promise that we want them to make a new bill or remove a bill.

Smile, you are right about Taxachusetts. My friend talked about that frequently, and he moved to Florida for his retirement. He cannot stand paying the tax in Mass. I avoid him to hear his repeating words. Yuck!

I'm glad that you brought up about the flat LCD monitor's electricity. I knew because I had the feeling about it. I am learning about green energy for my house, and it isn't easy.

I'll read the Boston Globe article. The link that you showed me - wow... They will be deported to Mexico, and it is likely that they will come back here again.

Last year, I saw six police troopers at Wal-mart store arrested 12 young Mexicans, and they walked outside in the front door to the police vans. I never saw like that in my life.

Who knows - if he really did it. He was probably drunk that day. His family history has bad lucks. But, I consider that he does a good job in political. What can I say about him and George Bush? I wonder if they are related cousins.

Having girl friends while married isn't "bad lucks." Getting drunk and then getting behind the steering wheel isn't "bad lucks." Leaving a girl to drown while covering your own butt isn't "bad lucks." That is extremely bad judgment and no conscious. I've never seen any proof that Teddy's done "a good job".

We don't see what a congress person do at the Capital everyday. They have a secret ballot once a year for creating a new terrible law. i.e. They revised a retirement age from 62 to 64. Haven't you seen on a TV with a bunch of Congress people at the representatives? (not from a president's speeches)

Off subject - Any Congress people have the power to protect themselves not being sent out to a Federal prison unless they are interested to enforce a Congress to be sent to the prison. It is almost like a vote game. Our people, not the Congress, could not protect ourselves. Kennedy never get arrested in decades. Anyway, he is too old to be arrested. (The Constitution stated that "We are the People..." That is not for us, and it is really for the Fathers of the Congress people.)

Ted does a good job because he understands about the green energies. George cares about it, too but he added the nuclear energies in the fine prints. There is always trick in the long bills if you already know about.

Why are you or we struggle to make money? Who faults? You? IRS? The U.S. President? Senators? Who has the power? Now, you know who...

What about the president election? I don't buy their stories. They cannot promise that it is going to work unless the Congress agree to submit a bill.
