Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar have released a video thanking fans for their support as Michelle, expecting her 19th child this spring, undergoes treatment for a gallstone.

"We'd like to thank everybody for praying for Michelle," Jim Bob Duggar says in the video, apparently taped at Michelle's bedside at the University of Arkansas for Health Sciences in Little Rock, where she was admitted over the weekend.

"Thank you for all the well wishes we have been receiving," Michelle says. "I am feeling much better. The gallstone has kind of calmed down a little bit, [my] blood pressure is still kind of getting regulated, and the baby sounds good."

A spokesperson for TLC, home to the Duggar's 18 Children and Counting, told PEOPLE Monday that pain from the gallstone had caused Michelle to have early contractions.

But Jim Bob goes on to say in the new video that he is hopeful his wife will get to go home after a few more days of care and carry her child to full term.

18 Kids and Counting airs Tuesday nights at 9 p.m. on TLC.

that good news for Michelle have treatment till after baby born they wont harm Michelle and unborn baby..
 
FYI Michelle is 19th pregnant again. My baby's due is same as her 19th's due baby in March 18, 2010. I hope my baby give a birth first then her baby. :giggle:
 
I want to tell you something about Michelle and Bob. I watched on tv last spring. Bob told Michelle about go to Liberal City. She said where it was? He said San Francisco. She said what it alike? He said it like haunting stuff. For example sex stuff, gay pride, hippies and stuff. She said not want to focus on haunting stuff. They went to SF for their 25th anniversary. I want you to watch this video after 4 minutes. But it's no closed captioned. That is suck anyway. Michelle and Bob saw the hippies store and they entered to Hemp store for first time. They saw the glass pipes for smoking weed that they never see it that before. They said never try to smoke weed. I covered my hand on my mouth and hilarious! It obvious they never experience with smoking weed social. That is strange Michelle bought the long hippy skirt and other stuff. I can't believe that they entered to hemp store.

Ditto! They wanted to show the world for biggest family to be break the Guinness world record. Not for me. I prefer to have 3 kids for good enough.
 
I think these ppl are attention whores...and someone shud tell her she needs to sew up her girly parts or tie them tubes..its not fair to have that many kids and give them all the attention that they need..not possible

That is true. Michelle didn't want her girls to be wear style like tank, short jean, short skirt and bikin like a sexy and fashioni. I never see the girls wear jean pants.

Yeah! And some conservative do wear sexy dress, short jean and tank during in summer. I have friends who are conservative. They like to comfortable to wear summer clothes instead long skirt and tee shirt. They like to wear bikini in pool and lake. Even my cousin is conservative. She like to wear summer clothes to keep her cool off from heat.

But the Duggar family are control and not let girls wear like for fun during in summer. :roll: It remind me of Bill Rice Ranch camp. It's too HOT for me to wear short on my knees not short. It's not allow to wear bikini during swimming in the pool. Remember you read the thread about BBR's rules last year ago. You can imagine of Duggar boys clothes like BBR's rules.
 
Why is it your business what they wear?

I come from a family where bikinis, shorts and colourful clothes are not allowed. Not as strict as some of the more conservative religious types that only allow dresses, but still strict compared to most families My family always considered themselves as liberals politically, yet have strict restrictions on what kind of clothes to wear.

All conservative means is that you like status quo. Everyone got a different view on these kind of things.
 
I have to agree with souggy.. why is it that the community sees fit to criticise the Duggars and their choice of clothes during the seasons?

I fail to see why the Bill Rice Ranch is used in this discussion. My husband enjoyed his experience at the Bill Rice Ranch and he has not complained once about the choice of clothing because you see, he was raised by a Southern Baptist mother. I have not had the fortune of meeting her as she passed away 3 months after I met my husband. I know she has raised him well and the choice of clothing had nothing to do with how she reared him.

Bikinis, very tiny shorts... they help with your morals? Oh my...

Yup, I had noticed some girls in Alabama don't wear shorts or bikini during spring or summer but pretty rare for now, not common like in 1950's and 1960's.

I mean regular bikini not thong as stripper. I know it's not moral. Conservative and Liberal don't matter wear them. But it depend on their beliefs. You don't have to rebuttal at me. The members brought it up to criticize on Duggar's Family. Everyone are different opinions on Duggar's.
The several members are opposite on BBR's rules. I felt the same during hot weather it's not comfort for me and other to wear it. I had to patient until I left BBR. It was in my experience and do rebellion during teenager. Until I saved by Jesus at BBR.

This begs the question...

I know how hijabs and dresses can keep a person cool in the heat... but...

How the heck those women stay warm in a long dress in -20C (-4F) while waiting for the bus? Those ones always screw with my mind.

Yup but middle east is dry heat, unlike southeast US is more humid.

I hate to wear long jean during heavily humid weather.

Exact! That is how I feeling with heavily humid in Tenn. The desert is fine. In Arizona, Southeastern California, Nevada and New Mexico and Western Texas are desert as dry. That is not problem to wear long pants and hat to protect from sunburn. But I can't stand the humid.

Souggy, In Ark have heavily humid as Southeast US. And even KY, Indiana, Ohio have one too.
