Do you have kind of insurances?

Personal property tax is not the same as tax for a house. They are completely separate and different. They are not connected.

Personal property tax is for vehicles and boats. The person who owns the vehicle of boat pays the tax.

Homeowners pay taxes for their houses.

People who rent houses or apartments don't pay homeowner taxes. The person who actually owns the building pays the tax.

Oh I see - :ty: for explanation. I have 2 annual taxes for vehicle including boats and house property.

I'm not sure what you mean by "social housing"; do you mean government subsidized housing for poor people, like "Section 8" housing?

Yes, thats' right...

The people who living under social assistance, don't pay tax for social apartment. If they want a car then they have to pay vehicle tax. They can pay monthly for vehicle tax.

Car, renter, life, dental, and health insurance.

Well my house do have hazard insurance, but that is included with the monthly payment for the house loan. Reason why I don't include that in my list because the house loan is under my parent's name and I already invest my 30k in the land. It's kinda of seperated, but yes my house have the insurance :)

shoot, then your parents are getting the tax deductions on your house? Should be YOU. Sorry but ought be you.

I recently added professional liability insurance to my list of insurances. It costs $350 per year, paid in full up front.

Property tax for car is only paid every yearly, not monthly.

I only got car insurance.

No pager insurance thanks goodness as I still got the same pager for over 2 years.

Oh yes I forgot another insurance... I only get travel insurance when I'm going overseas.

I don't have the car insurance any more as I did sell my car last year before I left New Zealand.

Current insurance in Australia I have got now is health insurance.

I think you misunderstand my post... I never say that I pay monthly but annual (yearly).

I know from Americans that they pay monthly tax for house property which their is very expensive than Germany. I only paid $250 for annual (yearly) for house property.

Wait... You did stated "monthly" for auto tax.

There's no offers like that in USA.

For property tax on house, mostly are paid every yearly, also property tax for houses are varies by state or counties that where you live in, just depends on area, some are higher and some are lower.

Yes, you misunderstand me. Please re-read my post..
The people who living under social assistancedon't pay tax for social apartment. If they want a car then they have to pay vehicle tax by their own, not depend on social benefit for vehicle tax. They can pay monthly for vehicle tax if they cannot afford to pay full per annual. It´s poor people who living under social assistance which mean is unemployment, low-income, etc. I´m referring to...

Many workers including myself do not need to pay monthly tax for vehicle because we can pay between $50 to $400 (depend on how old car is) vehicle tax per year. Check my post #57 http://www.alldeaf.com/general-chat/46627-do-you-have-kind-insurances-2.html

Yup, I don't think USA is offers monthly for auto tax, auto tax on every yearly is quietly cheaper at most time, depends on counties and area where are you live, if you want use as monthly then use invest your money on auto tax to make full to paid in year, just other idea for low income.

We pay our mortgage, insurance, and tax monthly for our house. The tax money is held in escrow, and then paid once a year. Our house tax covers town and county services such as police, fire, trash, recycling, library, and schools.

We pay annually for our vehicles' taxes. We get a receipt for the taxes. We show the tax receipt and insurance proof before we can get our vehicle registration renewed each year.

The amount of vehicle tax is determined by the age and mileage of the vehicle. The older the car is, the less the tax is. If a vehicle has "high mileage" (meaning more than the average number of miles per year that is expected), then the fee is reduced. The minimum is $35 per year. There is an exemption for senior citizens.

Poor people usually don't have expensive cars, so they don't have expensive tax to pay.

Yup, that right, if low income families need SUV then they can find used 1990's or early 2000's SUV, SUV from mid 90's and beyond is good on design and balance.
