Ramen noodles nutrition facts

that's why i don't eat ramen noodles everyday because of high in sodium. my mom and sisters told me, "eat ramen noodles is not good for everyday".

so after i eat ramen noodle soup then i drank alot of water.

yea, some of them don't want to eat beans, that's a food picky. well, before i refuse to eat beans or lentils then i'm like "why not give it a try"? then later i liked it because it goes with a flavor not just beans or lentils..mixed with spices, vegetables, tomatoes sauce and pasta. that was my boyfriend's cooking.

Ramen noodles cooked without the seasoning in the packet is fine...

I love beans!

why set up many fast foods chain everywhere then who blame it on?

people who's a obesity eating junk foods too much or always eat fast foods all the times.

i watched in health class "supersize me" dvd movie.

The issue is so much more complicated than "eating too much fast food."

My hubby just created a healthy dish with Ramen Noodles..

He cooks them without the seasoning and drains the noodles. Then, he mixes them up with different kinds of sliced raw veggies..the more variety in color, the better.

My favorite is Ramen noodles with sliced raw mushrooms, green onions, brussel sprouts, carrots, snow peas, and tomatoes topped with salsa. Yum!!!
I like to mix the noodles that way, too, without the packet. Depending on the season, I add either fresh or frozen veggies, sometimes with leftover chicken or seafood. I do the same thing with spaghetti. No sauce but mixed with veggies and my own seasonings or pesto.

Using stock instead of just water is tasty also.

yea but why set up at fast foods chain everywhere. people who doesn't want to cook, just order fast foods instead. a friend of mine's roommate eat junk foods everyday and always go to fast foods too because of his bad habit. his roommate got fatter and fatter. I'm like oh, geez.

"eating too much fast food" and always eat junk foods is just a bad habit.

like KFC (kentucky fried chicken). alot of greasy oil which is yucky also it's bad for the heart.

but - they didn't force people to buy fast food so.......

that doesn't change anything.

No, meat flavor (seasoning) in Ramen noodles have high sodium so better to not add meat flavor if you want low sodium intake.

most likely go back to old fashioned way from 1950's and back where doctors would make a house call and where the medical cost was very affordable.

yea, i know that's their choice. butttt TV commerical "McDonald's" is like saying "MMMM, loving it". some people may not help it, it's tempting!.

that's a rather foreign concept to me. lot of ramen doesn't have meat unless it's japanese, I think. I eat Korean brand so I wouldn't know. I've had japanese ramen at japanese restaurant which had pork so I tried it. boy.... was it incredibly salty. yuck.

no wonder Korean ramen is #1 popular one in Asia (Japan, China, etc) and probably America.

there were other frequent commercials like cars, toys, drugs, get-skinny-quick, get-6-packs-abs-quick, .....

In Canada, it's Mr. Noodles, Sapporo Ichiban (despite the Japanese words, it's not an Asian brandname) and Shin Raymun are the three most popular instant noodles, in order of sales figures.

Beef flavouring is the most second popular here. No one will touch chicken, shrimp or pork... Only "original" and "beef."

blame it on sue-happy people. doctors get malpractice insurance which is not cheap which causes doctors to raise medical cost which causes the boon of medical insurance

Well, if you look closely... they use a lot of the colour red in the advertisements for food. The colour red is to make someone hungry. It does work in a lot of cases. If that wasn't the case, they wouldn't be making billions and billions off these ads.

I should know, I work in marketing.

so am I. I don't see people rushing out to buy cars.

why blame corporations? blame people for not having personal responsibility. they're a grown-up.

I guess you want the government to step in and coddle them? spoon-feed them too? tell us what to eat and what not to eat?
