Seeing how 90% of 1,800 arrests were unlawful in the past.... yep this is another typical case of unlawful order. and seeing that Oakland PD is notorious for police brutality, police corruptions, and civil rights violations... yep another case of unlawful order.

No, not at all. This was at the planned event of Novemeber 17th....and Mama Nancy,(my second mom) her mother (who I have to say is the most easy going woman I know) was SO pissed she was going to drive down to NYC! This is the woman who was VERY proud of Hannah's first arrest (performing a rodeo on the wall st bull dressed as a clown) and of Sophie for defending Zucotti Park.
Besides, even if she was, that still doesn't excuse the police violence...and her image is ALL OVER the place now!

Yes, pretty simple thing here. Disobey a police order to move, you get arrested. Standing there in a recalcitrant position after repeatedly been told to move will require something else to get their attention to move, especially when a situation is already tense to begin with.
