Dating Before a Divorce

I would perfer to wait until a person get his final divorce before getting serious with him. But remember, chances are that when a person is seprating or having a trial seprations, that he or she will possiblity get back together if they don't want to go through divorce. I would rather wait and be friends for a while before getting involved then get hurt if he decided to go back to the wife.

There are absolutely no hard and fast rules about when you should start dating again, when your marriage has been long over. Some begin dating immediately (generally these are men), while others can take several years.

It's a matter of what you feel is right. :)

Geez...now that I have typed that out, it does make me look bad on paper that I married my 2nd hubby in 2005. OOPS! :eek3:

Doesn't make you look bad at all. You obviously had closure on the realtionship long before the legal decree.
