Does anyone care or is any one here capablle of discussing my thoughts and possition rather then what you believe to be my academic background?
Does one need to take a sex ed course to discuss the topic of wether police dogs are human as the law states, or are k9s as reality demonstrates?

Simple. Ask NASA to borrow a rocket, and stuff him in it, and send him to either the Moon or Mars. Then bring the rocket back to Earth, and he can stay there. At least there's no reception up there.

your reasoning is deeply flawed. we did not say dogs are humans. dogs are dogs.

we are saying killing/assaulting a police dog is same as killing/assaulting a police officer. and that's the law. another thing - animal cruelty is against the law. and that's the law.

so is there a problem with these laws?
