That's a big "IF". But sure. Find me sections in the actual legislation that show that I am wrong. I'll be waiting.

Of course it won't. If people were motivated to find the information themselves, they would have already done it instead of demanding that it be spoon fed to them.

Exactly. They'll prolly go to RW blogs to find some "quotes" that were taken out of context to debunk your claims instead of slogging thru the document..

If they are going to prove me wrong, they can't do it with opinion. They have to actually come up with the sections from the document. I"m sure you will remember the number of opinions I proved wrong by using the actual document a couple of years ago.

And this is the precedent that the Federal Supreme Court will be looking at. That is why my bet is on a ruling for the constitutionality of the mandate. People seem to forget, or just don't know, that Obama was a constitutional law attorney. His t's will be crossed and his i's will be dotted.
