'Company Policy: We are not hiring until Obama is gone'

I didn't read anywhere that TCS said they should be censored. He said, that if they want their message to be better received, they should consider their presentation.

Don't forget there are two sides to a message:

1. the delivery

2. the reception

The First Amendment protects the first. It doesn't force the second. The protestors can make their points; the public doesn't have to pay attention to them.

No it doesn't. But I posted results last week, link included, that indicated that 75% of those answering the survey were in support of OWS and the cause they represent. More and more Americans are getting behind them daily. You are welcome to search out the link, no doubt in this very thread.

These little attempts to discredit by pointing a finger at one or two disturbed individuals that have been in close proximity to the protests is an over reaction generated by fear. It is actually pretty sad that such tactics would be used. If OWS has no credibility, it will come out on it's own. Instead it is growing, and gaining support, and the conservatives attempting to discredit it are reaching into the bottom of the bad for tactics. Oh well, pretty much par for the course.

Those waivers were not a part of the origninal Obama health care reform. They are the result of the Conservatives.

As usual, you are wrong. At the time that Obamacare passed the liberal democrats were in control. The waivers came later but the democrats were still in control.

Man....talk about grasping straws that are not there.

Yep. You guys are really grasping at straws. The OWS movement has you scared. Their message is being agreed with far more than yours.:laugh2:

As usual, you have no idea what you are talking about.

Given that you receive government paid for health care, you can afford to laugh. Just like the Tea "Partiers" screaming "hands of my Medicare."
People who have paid into their care for years aren't getting freebies from the government.

You need to look a little closer at those business waivers.

Paid into is a great deal less than "paid for". And it is less because it is a government run program. But no one seems to be willing to give up their own government run health care plans. They only want to prevent access to others.

I've looked into the business waivers. They were not a facet of the original health care reform proposals. They are the result of conservative interjection.

If that is all we need to to, all is well. ;)

Not ignored, missed. As is evidenced by the "like".:laugh2:
Obviously TCS neither ignored nor missed it. Many others did. Not everyone responds to every single post.

Paid into and pay for. We still pay deductibles and fees. It's not 100 percent coverage. I'm not in Medicare yet, but I know about the VA. There are a lot of things they don't cover, period.

Paying into Medicare for the past 45 years has not been voluntary.

Did you check the list to see who is taking advantage of it?

You are getting your health care provided by the government by utilizing VA health care services. And they certainly provide more services than someone who has NO government run health care is entitled to.:cool2:

So, you will be set up when you are eligilbe for Medicare. Medicare for the services the VA will not cover, and the VA for the services they will. :cool2: In the meantime, it is perfectly acceptable that children go without basic medical care in this country, people are denied payment by carriers they have been paying premiums to for the same 45 years you have been paying into your government run program, and receiving your government sponsored VA health care services, and public insurance carriers are pulling down billions in profit every year.

That's the only "like" on the Armani post that I saw. Did someone else also click "like?"

SWK posted about the Armani suits. I was complementing The Write Alex on his sarcasm. But I understand....all us liberals look alike. Hard to keep us straight.:D

More distortions and BS from the right. We have already shown, years ago, that you know absolutely nothing about the health care reform debate, and can only copy and paste from any right wing site you can find without even understanding what you are posting.

In the years that I have known him, he never once admitted to error. NOT EVEN ONCE. That speaks volumes.
