Those waivers were not a part of the origninal Obama health care reform. They are the result of the Conservatives.
I know liberals who are very angry that we don't have the public option.

again? that buffoon? I don't have to remind you that 2 intellectuals have told him to stfu.

Exactly. That was what was going to make reform work, and the Repubs knew that. That is why they opposed it. Anything to make the reform less successful so they can say, "We told you so!". Despicable. No concern for the state of health care for the American public.
Yes, an that's the part that's enraging a lot of the liberals I know.
That's going to have a negative impact on America as a whole. They (the narcissists) won't get any favors except maybe a photo posing with their favorite conservative. That is the part that enrages anyone with even a small amount of social conscious. It is truly sad that our country has become so narcissisitic as a whole. And the really sad part is that those that are most narcissistic are actually supporting policies that have a negative effect on their life. They somehow think that by supporting the group that has historically and traditionally oppressed, they will gain some sort of favor from them. It is kind of like mass Stolkholm Syndrome.

If that. And I seriously doubt they will get that. After all, the Newt is charging $500,000 to attend a dinner and have a pic taken with him. I don't see any of the conservatives around here forking out those kind of bucks!
If even half of the policies they want put into place were to come into being, we'd have the brokest, hungriest, going without healthcare and employment benefits bunch of whiners around here you have ever seen.
Them $7.25 25 hours jobs just won't cover those expenses.
And wait until they get hit with chronic illness and no insurance benefits, or their carrier drops them because they are having to actually pay claims.
From the WashingtonTimes: "seven entire states and 1,372 businesses, unions and other institutions have received waivers from the law. The list includes the administration’s friends and allies and, of course, those who have the best lobbyists.
More than 50 percent of the Obamacare waiver beneficiaries are union members, which is striking because union members account for less than 12 percent of the American work force. The same unions that provided more than $120 million to Democrats in the last two elections and, in many cases, openly campaigned in favor of the government takeover of your health care, now celebrate that Obamacare is not their problem."
From the Daily Caller: "Of the 204 new Obamacare waivers President Barack Obama’s administration approved in April, 38 are for fancy eateries, hip nightclubs and decadent hotels in House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi’s Northern California district.
That’s in addition to the 27 new waivers for health care or drug companies and the 31 new union waivers Obama’s Department of Health and Human Services approved.
Pelosi’s district secured almost 20 percent of the latest issuance of waivers nationwide, and the companies that won them didn’t have much in common with companies throughout the rest of the country that have received Obamacare waivers.
Other common waiver recipients were labor union chapters, large corporations, financial firms and local governments. But Pelosi’s district’s waivers are the first major examples of luxurious, gourmet restaurants and hotels getting a year-long pass from Obamacare."
Obama taking part in politics???? GASP!
I didn't read anywhere that TCS said they should be censored. He said, that if they want their message to be better received, they should consider their presentation.I don't believe that is written into the Constitution. It is First Amendment rights for ALL, not just the ones you approve of.

Don't forget there are two sides to a message:
1. the delivery
2. the reception
The First Amendment protects the first. It doesn't force the second. The protestors can make their points; the public doesn't have to pay attention to them.
Not missed; ignored.I think your sarcasm was missed.
No.If it's not done the way some would like it, is that grounds for censorship?
They might not like it but they may pay more attention to it.Some people will not like the message no matter how you package it.
