Companies taking out life insurance policies on employees

incorrect. the government always listen to people but the problem is.... many people do not make rational, sound arguments like lobbyists. instead..... they just scream blood without reason or coherence.

if they just step back and educate themselves on how system and laws work... they can easily easily easily argue their case to government and believe me - the government will take action because their votes actually do matter.

at this point right now.... people do not vote and they do not present their case well.... therefore injustice will continue.
Oh, please...can you confirm that lobbyists are always that reasonable? :laugh2: Some of them are nuts.

yea I'm not even gonna worry about the notion of it. Sure it sounds unethical and unsettling but it doesn't matter me at all. not a single bit. It's also what keep companies afloat to pay out for your pension and benefit package.
Where is the source?

does it matter? the point is... it SOUNDS reasonable to legislators while your argument sounds NUT to them.

that's the problem.

Oh lol... no wonder about why Jiro is my lesser friend.

it's a known fact for a long time..... and also mentioned in OP.... I'm surprised you didn't know....
Fact? No, it's possible that they keep some ins money in their pockets. You just don't know.

Very sad to see you kiss their asses.

uh.... of course! don't be naive

you want to have some in your pockets too, right? greeeeeed you you you!

perhaps you didn't understand what I'm trying to say. I'll try to put it in a language that you can understand (I hope) it's very sad to see that people like you cannot even come up with a sound argument to convince legislators. all you do is just scream "GREED!" without any single valid reason or explanation.

who would listen to you?

actually - it's very sad to see that people like you cannot even come up with a sound argument to convince legislators. all you do is just scream "GREED!" without any single valid reason or explanation.

UHHHHH! Then why is there an article like this OP about it? Because people don't like the way it works, like you said "Sure it sounds unethical and unsettling". Hopefully, one day Congress will illegalize it. It's really disgusting that corporates make a lot of money out of our death.

What the hell are you talking about? If you are saying that when I die, they will give me money. How would I get money if I die?

That why you should throw a cold water with ice at Jiro's face when he's sleeping.

You better run so hard because he is going chase you.

because this article is stupid like this - http://www.alldeaf.com/current-events/119355-walmart-crushed-new-york-times.html.

everybody is forgetting that companies ASKED for their permissions first. again - there's nothing wrong with companies seeing many ways to make profits to pay out for... for example.... your pension and retirement package.

did you know when you deposit your money in your bank... your bank is also using your money for whatever they can to increase their profits - such as life insurance policies? since you want to make it illegal - you better not whine about your pension payout being so little.

and they ( employee) are not losing or gaining anything..

The company is paying for it out of their pocket and will gain only if something happens to employee that is covered.. I don't see a problem with this as long as permission is asked and granted

Oh I see, it is more polite to ask permission for company to take money after I died.

For me, I will likely to decline the permission.

*shrug* your choice. your decision.

same thing with DMV asking you if you want to be an organ donor or not.
