Ask Jiro! Re-read his posts!

clueless as usual.

collecting life insurance upon employee's death can be used to pay for your retirement package. do you think pension payout is cheap for companies?

Oh, what else do they use ins money for? Example; CEOs' mortgages?

why do I have to repeat everything again and again and again for you? I already explained in details SEVERAL TIMES.

since you're asking me same stupid question again - sounds like you are not interested in anything else except certain keywords like... GREED.

oy ay de mi... I wonder why legislators don't listen to people like you....

As long as they are honest with that money, it would be nice BUT are they doing that? That's a question mark.

What the HELL are you talking about? I express my opinion, can't I? I don't believe that you know what corps will do with ins money.

It doesn't matter, they paid for the insurance and have the right to use money however they see fit.

an opinion based on faulty incorrect information. in other word... useless and unsound opinion.

I don't believe that you know what corps will do with ins money.
does it matter? it's their money. either way - it will also go to pension payout for sure. anything else? not my problem. not my business. not my money. the only thing you need to worry about is having your pension and retirement package paid on time and that's because life insurance payout is one of many things used to do it.

That's true but since they can afford ins, they take advantage of it even with tax breaks. Jesus Christ! That's their smart move while it's legal.

uh.... you know that you do get the same tax break too if you do it too?

oh dear.... oh dear.... that's why people like you can't just get richer.... sooooo sooooooo soooooo clueless with how to make MONEY!

As long as my employer, USPS is not allowed to make profits from this like other greedy corps do, I am good.

Of course it doesn't matter to some people like you. It matters to MOST people. The OP's article is everywhere. Google it.

Corporations can also use the payouts in any way they like.

It's time to let it go, Jiro. OK?

you are good? why? USPS is FLAT-ASS broke! LOL! and beside.... USPS = part of government. government does not participate in this kind of thing anyway. my tax goes to your pocket. GREEDY GREEDY GREEDY!

why should I care about OP's opinion? his opinion is irrelevant and flawed.

why aren't you listening to me? PEOPLE HAVE THE CHOICE TO ALLOW THEIR EMPLOYER TO TAKE OUT A LIFE INSURANCE ON THEM OR NOT. what part of it do you not understand?

OK, now get my point, if all employees say no, how does the company pay for their retirement benefits in which the retirees paid the deduction from their salaries for many years?
