Under my dictatorship - all military and police has pledged their utmost loyalty to Emperor Jiro.

Under Executive Act 123, military & police are now under Praetor's command. In case of treasonous act - Ministry of Secret Police will retain a full control of police and Ministry of State Security will retain a full control of military, thus resulting in arrest of Praetor and co-conspirator(s) and immediate reinstatement of Jiro to seat.

good luck finding anybody to follow your "decree." Remember - they are fearful of Chief of Secret Police and Chief of State Security. :mad2:

Funny that you call yourself a Dictator and yet you are using Democratic terminology is defining a democracy in terms of using the Executive which we know is one of the 3 branches of Democratic government.
