I know - the article said so.

I think it is best interest for Melissa to do bakery business at home and there are many bakers do business at home too.

I bake a lot of homemade desserts for my families and their friends - chocolate cake, M&M's candies cookies, chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter cookies, chocolate chip pie, banana pudding, Derby Pie, chocolate cupcake with homemade icing, brownies, pound cake (regular and chocolate) and others.

What they should have done is write in their contracts that they believed Gay Marriage is wrong and that the will bake the cake but will not serve at the wedding. Then add that they will subcontract the service if desired. Then they should put in the contract that since they believe gay marriage is wrong, they will donate all profit from gay wedding cakes to conversion therapy camps. That would be their right and I would guess most gays would seek a cake elsewhere. Problem solved.

And you are still wondering why you have IBS .....

What's funny? What's poor taste.

I got my IBS under control at most time and I don't have problem to consume the sugary food in moderation. I make desserts for my family and their friends - I can't eat whole in few days.

I avoid lettuce, cheese, garlic, artificial sugar, MSG and several foods that are bad trigger.

Remember, IBS is different from person to person.

I encourage gay people to buy cakes from business that support LGBT rights or gay owned business.

Find non-religious, local bakery may be very challenging in my area.

Plausible.

Discrimination is discrimination. Period. Race, sexual preference, gender, size, whatever... it's wrong.

A lot of people are a lot of different things. Some straight couples are cowards, doesn't mean they speak for the whole party.

There are a lot of gay people that expect special treatment yes... and it's wrong. But there are one's like myself who just want equal rights. That's the majority of us.

Yes, I want equal rights, not special treatment.

And religion. Here people were trying to force others to go against their beliefs.

We all discriminate. "Discriminate" means to note the differences. Nothing illegal about discrimination per se but how we use that discrimination against other people.

What if McDonald's refused to serve you chicken McNuggets based on their discrimination of the time of day? What would you do?

Because of this and other incidents of harassment and threats, companies will start saying, sorry, we are booked up during the requested time and date to bake or provide services when couples or groups ask for unique requests.

These groups or couples have only hurt themselves and will be out of luck next time.

McDonald's doesn't serve the McNugget in the morning so woman should order chicken biscuit instead.

No, it is not big deal - fast food and restaurant serve different menu based on meal - breakfast and lunch/dinner.

Just another example of the government overstepping their boundaries.

You do understand what boundaries are don't you? And what purpose they serve?

They follow the state law and they are investigating the case that is discrimination or not. The court will have final to say if it is discrimination or not.

It is not my issue and I'm fine with state departments to conduct the investigation. If no discrimination involved so they are fine.
