OK, this "father" is toast as far as I'm concerned.

I've been watching the pre-trial hearing. The evidence against him is disgusting.

Oh gosh this story just took a hard turn down sleezy street.
I hope his lawyers don't use the deaf in one ear as their defense. The other evidence seems to overwhelmingly point to him knowingly acting and just grasping at excuses. If the prosecutors have to try to counter the deaf defense it could end up publicizing biased info.

Yeah , I was listening to the news and is said he had two life insurances
taken out on his son . I was eating dinner and felt sick to stomach hearing
that plus the SOB was sexting some woman while his son was burning up in the car #%#*## . I want to leave the SOB in boiling hot car and see how he like it! The disgusting piece of shit ! The news said he was texting and he was sexting . I hope he rot in HELL!

I bet the pig will take the insanity defense . I knew something did not sound right when this story first broke news. The parents could had given the poor child up if they did notwant him anymore. This so damn sad , the boy sweet child did not deserve this !

What's more, he worked as a 911 dispatcher before and yet he didn't perform CPR on his son or called 911 after the witness told him to.

Both the wife and husband looked on line how long it took for a baby to die in a hot car. :( :mad:


Their son trusted them will all his little heart to take care of him and love them . I am just so sick from this story. It's so tragic and I wonder if the grandparents had any idea what going on . I have heard about any family member saying anything . The wife is standing by her husband , the husband did not shed one tear when he was told his son was dead and the wife showed no motion . How do people live with themselves after killing their own child ???!!
 
The husband sounds like a male version of Susan Smith. Remember the mother who drowned her two sons in the lake so she could be child-free and pursue her affair?

I remember following that and being shocked when the truth came out and remember wanting to bi**h slap that woman myself and stick her in a car to roll in the river.

I forget about that case but after reading about I remembered it. What a tragic story that was . :(
 
Nancy Grace also suspects that the wife was involved.

Number One - Both parents browsed online for info on how hot a car needed to be to kill a child.

Number Two - She stopped by the day care but was told that he was not dropped off that morning. The first thing she said to them is "Ross must have left him in the car". How did she know? She didn't call/text him immediately to find out why or ask where the kid was.

Number Three - In the interview room, the wife asked him the first thing, "Well, did you say too much?". She didn't show grief for the dead son.

Why isn't she arrested? :hmm: Maybe later after investigators collect more evidence.

In my eyes, he was toast from the get go. I still think Cooper's mother was also involved.

They have a $2k life insurance policy and a $25k life insurance policy on Cooper - but they only get it if the death was ruled accidental.

During the Police interrogation - they were sitting together and she asked him if he "said too much" to the police.

Not only did Cooper's father look for information on how long it took for an animal to die in a hot car, he also looked up search terms for living life without a child. During the work day that Cooper died, he was sexting different women and sending them nude pictures of himself.

This whole case makes me sick. Poor little innocent baby.
 
I don't believe any of this "he said, she said" garbage. The papers print anything before checking the facts. What I do believe, and what is a fact, is that he did a search online of deaths by heat and leaving children in the car. There's no way I'm buying that this was an accident and yeah, "Mom," and I use that term loosely, was in on it. It's pretty disgusting given how so many wonderful people would be grateful for the gift of a child and these losers are the ones that were given this life, which they ended, in one of the more painful ways to die for a child.

Yes.......Either narcisstic or borderline personailty..Maybe even sociopath.....the sheiriff said that the husband's reaction was ALL about him............it wasn't about the baby
I find it horrifying that the MOM was in this too......And a hot car? That's like being cooked alive?!?! Horrifing!
 
I have to stop watching anything about this case. It overwhelms me. It might have to do with me being a new dad. I just cannot fathom what Cooper went through in the final moments of his life. It makes me sad, angry, physically ill, anguished and just ..... I cry every time I think about it.

It really hurts the soul.
