There is update but EXTREMELY DISGUSTED!!!
Georgia father of son who died in hot car faces judge - CNN.com
OK, this "father" is toast as far as I'm concerned.
I've been watching the pre-trial hearing. The evidence against him is disgusting.
Web searches for "how to survive in prison."
Child porn sites and related searches.
Sexting with several women and sending his nude pictures. (While at work and while Cooper was either dead or dying.)
Two insurance policies on the boy.
Web site search about how to live without children.
Oh gosh this story just took a hard turn down sleezy street.
I hope his lawyers don't use the deaf in one ear as their defense. The other evidence seems to overwhelmingly point to him knowingly acting and just grasping at excuses. If the prosecutors have to try to counter the deaf defense it could end up publicizing biased info.

What's more, he worked as a 911 dispatcher before and yet he didn't perform CPR on his son or called 911 after the witness told him to.The 33-year-old father then stood there with a blank look on his face, the detective said. When a witness told Harris his son needed CPR, Harris went to the other side of his vehicle and made a phone call, apparently to tell someone his son was dead, a witness told police, according to Stoddard.
Harris never called 911, and when an officer told him to get off his phone, he refused and even said, "F*** you" before an officer took his phone and handcuffed him, the detective said.
I suspect that his wife was also involved.Among the details police have released is that Harris and his wife told them they conducted Internet searches on how hot a car needed to be to kill a child.

The husband sounds like a male version of Susan Smith. Remember the mother who drowned her two sons in the lake so she could be child-free and pursue her affair?
