If that is the case then the parents needs to put some kind of reminder
in their car "not to forget their baby." I find no excuse for this ! With all the technology out today parents can set a camera in their car to keep an eye on their baby while driving. If the parent is that tried they should not be driving with their baby in the car. That is child endangerment .

Yes, that's unfortunate situation. :(

In this father case, they did on purpose because police officer found an evidence that this father and mother looked child in hot car on internet.

Yeah but you're able to get out of the car on your own and could had told your husband he was going the wrong way. Your life was not in any danger unless he was going the wrong way on an one way street. This in not the same at all.
 
if child in publci view then surely someone must seen distress or even use brain cell see child in firstplace,dont say alot for people near bye

Do you really think that happened? Most people passing by don't look into other people's parked cars, unless they're planning on breaking in.

I think that car's windows are too darker (tinted) to make noticeable if child is in car, also this baby is in child restrained too.

Before baby died in hot car, couple studied heatstroke death, cops say - Los Angeles Times

The couple did on purpose so enough for this man to get charged with murder for killing poor baby. :(

I honesty think that the father did not do that on purposes. Some parents forget their kids were in the car.

I havent read what cops found some evidences if any one of you can give me the link. i will read it later.

According to search warrant affidavits in the case, Harris told police he recently did Internet searches about child deaths inside vehicles and what temperature it would need to be inside a car for that to occur.

"Justin stated that he was fearful that this could happen," the affidavits state

The child’s mother, Leanna Harris, also told police she did similar searches about car deaths and how they occur before the day of Cooper’s death, according to the affidavits

Internet search about child dies in car before Harris did to his child already warranted that he did on purpose so it become an evidence for murder charge (premeditated because he planned to kill the child by left in hot car).

If you don't believe that he did on purpose so he wouldn't get murder charge nor evidence.

I do not know how anyone could miss seeing a baby left in a hot car. I look in people car when it hot out and the windows are opened a crack to made sure a dog or child in not left in there . I am not planning on stealing anything.
I know there are some very stupid people around like the young guy that backed his car into a snow bank and kept the car running while he ate his lunch . The exhaust pipe was deep in the snow and I told the guy that was dangerous . I look out of anything that does not look right , I guess this come from being trained as a health aide , it was part of the job to be aware of anything that was a risk to your client. I can't understand how people can be so wrapped up in their own little world all the time. I am not like that when I go out.
 
Once you put a baby in your car, it's impossible to forget about the baby since the baby is human. I believe that it's a premeditated murder since the cops found the evidence that the mother looked for info on children's death in hot vehicles online before it happened.

HUH ? You have to be joking ! I am a 67 years old woman that walk with cane and you think I would even try to carjack a other person car. People leave their dogs in a hot car all the times and if I see that happening I have some one call the cops for me and there is always someone that will do it. A cop told one person they would fined if they left their dog in a hot car again.
The cop was not worried about me doing anything wrong.
 
There was a law passed in North Carolina awhile back that allows firefighters/law enforcement or public service to break a window of a vehicle to rescue an animal left locked up in hot weather I think it would be safe to do the same if a baby or young child was left in a vehicle as well. I would either way.

Not necessarily. I looked at some strangers' new cars and was curious what it looked like inside, not meaning that I want to carjack them. There are many people doing that factually without carjacking.
