Arizona or Florida...Which?

Soon I will Either Move to AZ or Stay in FL. Do I stay (FL) or move (AZ)?

Pick Florida!!! I love Florida and I have been there three times!! I love the weather, scene, beaches, Disney World and just about everything.
 
Go to Florida ,, we don't want any of you coming to Arizona

No one can make that choice for you.

You do what you feel is best for you. Do not let others influence your decision.

You have been around longer than I do. You know that Aquablue always depend on us to help him decide what he want to do with his life like learning ASL and asking us questions about Deaf culture and the Deaf communities. He has always tried hard to understand us so we did tried to help him and make him do the decision on his own but he is still depend on us for help. That is the way Aquablue is. I think he is kind of disappoint himself about his parents moving to Arizona and if he feels like staying in Florida, then he can stay in Florida. It look like he does not know much about Arizona and whether he want to move there or not. Just give him our opinions on what he want to know like moving or staying right there in Florida. He will make his own decision by looking at the poll like he always does in the past. It helps him though. Eh? :hmm:
 
Well, I don't really pay attention to his threads that much. We just suggested him what's bad and good about Arizona and he can decide which would fit him. The best way for Aquablue to decide is to visit Arizona and see how he feels. I would do the same when I want to move to other state, I would possiblity visit first. It's kinda like meeting a signifiant other in person and see if there's love in the air.

You make a good point there. He need to visit Arizona first and see if he like it or not. I did when I had to visit to Arizona first and I did not like it but when I came to visit New Mexico, boy do I fell in love with New Mexico and stay there until I moved to Canada thirteen and half years ago. It is like love in the air. So, Aquablue, just visit Arizona and see if you like this place even if you have to live close to your parents but at least if you don't like it. You can always go back to your home state Florida. Anyway, it is all up to you to decide which one you want to live in. Good luck, Aquablue. :wave:

Yep, that's how it goes. When I visited Washington state back in 2000, I fell in love and moved there from Utah. I also like Colorado, too. I haven't really seen Arizona but just went thru the extreme northwest corner on I-15 from Utah to Nevada, that's all. I never been to Florida either, so I wouldn't know until I visit more states. :)

My family is into real estate and they are planning, once the market gets better (hopeful), to sell all the units and scram. They want to go to AZ...I want to stay. They told me I can keep a duplex, live in the smaller back unit, and live off the front tenant's pay. Taxes are very high though - $8000+ per year. Good grief. So am I AZ bound- where everything is cheaper? I need help to decide. Help!?
 
Aquablue, I have never visit or live in Florida so I don't know the difference of the cost of living between Florida and Arizona. To me it is not too bad with the cost of living in New Mexico but for Arizona, maybe a little bit higher than New Mexico. I dunno, maybe Shell90 will explain to you about the cost of living even if she had not been in Arizona for a long time. I think she will ask her family about that. The cost of living in Florida is outragious!

Foreclosures are happening left and right on homes. People are fleeing Florida to find a cheaper place to establish.




Other than that I am sticking it out. :lol:
