The cost of living in Florida is outragious!

Foreclosures are happening left and right on homes. People are fleeing Florida to find a cheaper place to establish.




Other than that I am sticking it out.

Depends where in Arizona. Some areas of Phoenix metro can be expensive to live and other areas are cheaper. Gotta watch out for gang related issue in Phoenix area, too. I have no idea what city in Arizona you are looking into, though.

That city is kind of expensive to live in general. I don't know if Aquablue is rich, so who knows.

Hey hubby and I are struggling. but our head is still above water as of now.

Just don't know how much longer we can do it.

Sucks to have a nice home in Florida right now.

My family is into real estate and they are planning, once the market gets better (hopeful), to sell all the units and scram. They want to go to AZ...I want to stay. They told me I can keep a duplex, live in the smaller back unit, and live off the front tenant's pay. Taxes are very high though - $8000+ per year. Good grief. So am I AZ bound- where everything is cheaper? I need help to decide. Help!?

Where in Arizona are your folks going to live? I have lived in Az 47 years and there is a big difference in the cities here
