Maybe, the government agents??
I didn't know that you are allowed to own many guns. I enjoyed skeet and trap games. But, I refused to go on hunting - absolute never.
lol welcome to America!
I think the most I know is.... around 20. My friend has a cousin in Virginia with dozens of guns including AK-47, M4, etc.

Heres my little cute "story." I have always supported and been FOR gun rights. When wife and I got together (boyfriend and girlfriend) she expressed serious disinterests in ANY kind of guns even tho her whole family has been around guns and own guns. I respected her wishes and told her at some point in life..I would like to own a gun for protection. That was 19 years ago.
A few years ago..I expressed interest in possibly exploring the option of hunting. Told wife I needed a 30-30. She was very LEERY about it. I told her guns do not kill people. People kill people and it is the RESPONSIBILITY of the gun owner. She allowed me to buy the 30-30 on very strict conditions which I more than happily obliged. After a few deer hunting trips and numerous sightings..Just found out that hunting was not something I was good at or wanted to continue. I sold my 30-30 to some gun extremist nut for more than what I bought it for.
A few years later (present month - september) My wife, all on her own, came up to me and said "I think you need to go and buy us a handgun and show me how to use it" I was like WTH??!!?? This is coming from a lady who detests guns! I asked if there was any conditions. She said yes..I had to show her how to use it and how to shoot. I was absolutely floored.
I told her I wanted to get a glock 27 40 caliber which was easily concealable on both of our bodies. So off we went and bought the gun. Gun owner said he gives CCW classes, so we're gonna do the classes in a few weeks then will apply for the CCW license.
Her nephew...believe it or not...trust me..as God is my witness..works for the Gotti family up in Josey. No lie! He has a sig sauer 9mm. Nephew also was totally floored as well too.
Now..back on topic...I have your regular ammo..40 sw bullets. Can you kindly point me in the direction where I could get speer double tapped 135grain bullets? I cant really find em here locally (unless Im looking in wrong places)
Thanks!!
lol @ your Gotti comment. Gotti family are in jail right now except Gotti's wife and her kids. They are legit.
oh no I'm not doubting you. I just find it bit funny. If I understood my nephew right...He works for Gotti's brother(?) All I know is..he works for the family...don't know if he works with Gotti's wife n kid directly..but I just know he works there. Call me a liar if ya want..it's honest to God's truth.
within 100 yards??????? I'm more concerned with only less than 15 yards. Sounds like you want a nice man-stopping power so I'd recommend about 115+ grain Federal American Eagle JHP. The review about it is very very good. They make pretty good shotgun ammo too. For CCW purpose, less grain MIGHT be more recommendable as it's more controllable but YMMV.Anyway...found speer at their website and found they have 135 grain double tap...debating on wether to go 135 or should I go for 165? Just looking for protection within 100 yards or so. Don't needa be shootin no bystanders beyond the 100 yard mark.

no worry. I get what you mean. I'm just poking youOk so maybe I was a bit unrealistic. I just meant in my mind at least 100 yards for me to retreat. 15 to 20 yards should be enough to get outta there.
So American Eagle JHP for CCW eh? I'll check em out. Ill keep my walmart ammo for target practice and sash the good ones in other magazines. Thanks Jiro.
Agreed.yep! I don't see any reason in wasting good fine rounds for target practice. They ain't cheap! But I do recommend that you shoot at least 3-5 boxes of whatever you're using for CCW to get accustomed to it and to know it well (but it's up to you!). I use Wolf round for practice and competition cuz they're filthy cheap and I don't feel guilty shooting my money away!
I "stole" a picture from the net and I KNOW I saw 135 some where in a discussion thread SOME WHERE..I cant remember where..but you see for yourself about double tapped gold dot speer:
