Got my hearing aid fixed today and ohhh boy !!!!! It sure feels good to have my hearing aid back. I got it fixed for free today. :) :thumb:

then I put the molding back on and the stem where it meets the molding broke. The stem just broke right off.

I was trying to put it back in and it just snapped.

I got furious and am not too happy but at least it is under warranty repairs....

so I will have to take it back to the eye and the ear, throat doctor to have a look at it and get it fixed.

The same thing happen to me. You have to heat up the tubing real well before you pull it out. I use a hair dryer. It needs to be soft. It may be time to replace your tubing too. You are suppose to replace the tubing every year, sometimes twice a year.

You can get new ear hooks from the manufacture. I emailed the manufacture of my hearing aids and they sent me out new ear hooks for nothing via fedex.
