i dont want to have to take such measures as i have respect for his family..but i just might have to.. he needs to learn his lesson!

You're "pretty sure"? Sounds vague. Well then - make sure it's 100% crystal clear to him.

Same church right? And he is taking advantage of the idea you don't want scandal by fighting back?

it was made clear to him not to contact me in anyway shape or form

yea bott something like that.. and yes im trying to be the bigger person and just let things go..thinking he'll just tire out..but it aint happening. :(
 
Sorry to hear, Violet. Physically/geographically, how far apart are you two?
 
get a restraining order. if you don't want to hear from him, then do it. if you do want to hear from him, then keep telling him you don't want to talk to him. :/

not that a piece of paper will stop the man, but a jail cell might. and if THAT doesn't stop him, well, then it's good to know how dangerous he is.

last time i checked we lived in the same area..i think now we just live in the same city. i could be wrong though since i have not spoke to them

did you ignore all of his communications? or did you respond?
 
yeah, do it. there's something that's to be said about the psychology of a legal restraining order.

i worked at a rape and abuse clinic in undergrad for a year...some of those girls' stories sound just like yours. :/

Hey! I'm just lookin' out. Besides, if he does stop, your problem is solved. If he doesn't, then you know what you are dealing with.

A man (or woman) who goes against a restraining order is fn crazy and should be dealt with !
