I should have said 0% raise and salary reduction. Yep, my pay has been cut in the past 3 years.

I took a pay cut when I was offered a job with the client I've been working for as a contractor because they were not hiring any more exempts and I was making more than the highest non-exempt. (This company "bought" the group I was working as a contractor for at another company). I figured it was worth the pay cut to go from contractor to employee. Good benefits, lots of time off, job security (well, as secure as things can be these days), etc.

Yeah, during the acquisition, they are trying to decided where I can fit into that salary range category. They want to put me into Advance Network Engineer and this require salary cut. Then the HR found out that KEYW was planning to acquire another company which is perfect for me to become MIS (Management of Information Systems), which I'm responsible for everything. This will fit closely to my salary but little too high. I'm close to where Vice Business Management makes. So, they want to make a deal with me of not having raise for next few years. So, I accept it because it's better than getting a pay cut.
 
Remind me not to drink too much I don't like waking up hungover :(
 
My daughter bought some Starburst chews and I have gotten addicted to them. Hoping like crazy we empty them quickly.
 
Has anyone tried the new M&M's with pretzels in them? They're just okay for me ...

Haven't tried them but in theory they sound really good. I mean, I love chocolate-covered pretzels in general so it should be awesome, right? Need to get some next time I go to the store...

Tried that one time.. ehh I dunno if it would be helpful.. though I did swear I tasted some salt in that one.. oh well...

I love chocolate-covered pretzels too. I thought the amount of pretzel in the new M&Ms was just a tad too little, almost couldn't taste the pretzels. I think I'll take the real thing.
