I am thinking about rethinking my plan to get my truck paid off, I foofooed on my taxes and will probably end up paying in. Right now I am hoping my 2K tuition payments to ATU might be a big enough deductible might offset it a bit. Not expecting much now. I may end up working at Tyson for an additional year......

I have no idea what to do this weekend, it's quite pathetic actually... I'm a single 23 year old gal living the life of a senile cat lady :(

Gonna grab me a cold one and enjoy it while it last!

Im taking the kiddos to Avatar 3D tonight. They will sure enjoy it I think. Even though its PG-13 they are only 8 and 12, so I hope its ok. I'll see y'alls later tonight. :)

Dont feel bad I'm 26 years old and I live the same way. Pathetic that we should be having the time of our lives now.

I know how you feel...due to money being tight, I feel like I am living like one too.

I am hoping to clean up my backyard today...most of the snow is finally gone and so many of my stuff has been ruined by the weight of the snow. Ugh...

How much snow have you gotten?

Just finished with the backyard...my brother and I fixed the shed...not 100% restorted but still functional to hold our tools and equipment. Not bad.

According to the our local weather report, it is around 15+ inches so far.

Hope your shed can hold for a long period of time. ;)

We will rebuild the roof when the weather is warmer and we get materials for it. The walls are still standing so just needs a new roof and it is good to go. Whew!

15 inches!!! I am sure glad it is not happening to us again..we have had enough!

Today is sooo sunny and not sooo cold. Very brisk day. It made for a nice day to work outside.

I feel you about it. my office stays stubbornly opens as always during the nasty weather especially snowstorm. So last friday I had to drive very slowly to get to my work, before that i was driving, and spotted the SUV had flipped lying down on the street in middle of the busy street and was on fire. Suv was black all over it and was smoking after the fire trucks and cops were there already. *shudder* I couldn't believe that my office stays open for many years. :mad2:

speaking of fixing the house, we need good gutters so bad!

FF, gutters are very easy to put up. Take it easy on the roads!

if i m in florida, sure it sounds like it's easy to fix.

i am living in the old village of the neighborhood where the antique houses are, like too long up in the heightened house. I need someone professionals who have good ladders. :( Therefore i am not allowing my hubby to do the job on it.

by the way, thanks. i try to drive so careful on the way back home after my work today.

I see, FF re the high roof. Do you guys own this house?
