The only thing my vet suggested was Lollypop Farm, and adoption center in our area that might take the pet and put it asleep saving us the cost however I would not be permitted to stand by her. This center only keeps adoptable animals :( I have been lookinng all over!

I think you will find hearing people relate better to % verses decibals. They can imediately understand if you say 40%, 50%, 90% verses the actual db which may be more meanful but is uselss to hearing people.
