Which country would United States seize?

This thread is the opposite of "Which country would seize when United States of America collapses?"

This is a hypothetical question.

What would happens if USA seize other country/ies collapses?.

Do you think other country would want USA to take over?

Ohhhhh you have made this thread at perfect time! They should seize their best friend and cousin, Canada which is in political and constitutional crisis at this moment. Our Prime Minister Stephen Harper received an approval from Governor-General Michelle Jean to prorogue (suspend) the Parliament to January 26 in order to cool down the political tensions after the three opposition parties formed a coalition in order to overthrow our government. Although our country is not on the brink of collapse, people across the country is worried that the crisis could lead the break up of Canada whose two or three provinces have some opportunities to separate. It would be reasonable for the U.S. to seize an opportunity to prop up our country diplomatically and economically.

The political tension is still high in consideration of the fact that we had a federal election which saw Harper won with a larger minority government SIX WEEKS AGO.

Mexico and South America actually wanted USA take over their countries.
 
With Obama, well he will take over countries with right-wing leadership or tell the CIA to implement covert actions against them..

With Bush, he should have take Cuba, a country where there is no freedom.

For invasion, I would says Iran.
 
I dont think the U.S. should seize any country but if we are being hypothetical, I would say Mexico.

I'd say Somalia; killed 18 American soldiers during the Black Hawk Down and Clinton wants them to withdraw from Somalia immediately. They haven't the taste of our revenge, plus, that ought to solve the problem with the pirates as well.
 
i think if the u.s. were to seize any country, it would be the entire middle east (india, israel, pakistan, etc.). perhaps then we could end the war on terror once and for all.

where do you get the idea that there is no freedom in cuba? you and i must be thinking about two different countries.

...and obama will NOT take over countries that have right-wing leadership. if you listen to any of obama's speeches, you'll know that he prefers to handle disputes cooperatively instead of forcefully.
