We are STILL presuming the weapon being BROUGHT INTO the USA. i am not being paranoid, but it is possible for some rogue element in our own government to set off a nuclear/biological/chemical weapon in, say, a city of two million people. That represents less than one half of one percent of the entire USA population. Acceptable enough to serve their purposes. The people would cry out for military help and bingo, wish granted. Goodbye Constitution, hello Junta. I travel quite a bit and I do not YET see nuclear-sniffing helicopters flying around.

Just saying that nuclear attack is extraordinary slim. Chemical/Biological warfare is it... even though it is difficult. I'm just trying to correct people's misconception of these kind of attacks because it doesn't exactly work like in action movies.
