If you are discriminated at the job, get a lawyer. Ask your deaf services agency for a referral to a ADA lawyer and file for discrimination. You can see the lawyer for 30 to 1 hour for free (depends on the lawyer) and explain your situation. Then the lawyer will tell you if she/he will sue them...
