    You say you are 15 minutes away from the coastline. Remember a hurricane is huge which means that the outer winds will reach to you by the time or even before the center hits the land. It may not weaken down right away by the time it hits the land.

    I am very concerned for the Cayman Islands which is in the projected path :( I am praying that they will not get hit hard like Ivan did to them in 2004.
