My favorite possession? My car <grin>. And Audi A3 Sportback in dark grey!

Pongo from 101 Dalmatians :) I had a Dalmatian and it was no brainer to name him Pongo lol

Before I received CIs, I used a ski guide who I would be connected to with a rope. He or she would ski in front of me and I could feel the direction they were turning and move accordingly.

Now that I can hear, I still use a ski guide, but instead of using a rope, they communicate with me verbally.

For instance, if they say "Right turn!" I know I'm supposed to make an abrupt right turn. If they say "Left (pause) turn!" it means to make a slow, gradual left turn.

I've been going downhill skiing since I was 17 (I'm now 38) and love it! :D

My favorite alcoholic drink (which I sadly cannot have anymore) is any kind of wine cooler.
