I don't read romance novels. And I have read many, many books on ancient cultures and anthropology. And Ihave studied Greek and Latin both.

Therefore, I would suggest that you limit your claims to that which you can actually substantiate: which would be nothing more than blatant marketing of superstition.

I do have good and valuable reasons and I may not necessarily think or have the time to explain myself. whoever morons who think of me your or other dissatisfaction will not ASSUME anymore and again learned something new with me. Remember there is NO room for ignorance in your life. I understand your frustrated not pick up quickly as understand universe law or cosmic consciousness. Do not have the time to explain yourself, or do not have the ability? Those are 2 different concepts. Given the fact that you have repeatedly failed to explain the concept of "Cosmic Consciousness" it is safe to believe it is the latter.

Might I remind you that you are the one who resorted to name calling and accusation?

Are you just repeating the sales pitch from that unnaccredited "college" of yours? However, it is refreshing to see that you have stopped attempting to claim affiliation with respected diciplines.

Repetitive is must! because we are not same language of consciousness. That is not possible for us to understand at all. We are different view on it and not worth for us to argue since you do not believe in Astrology. That is fine with me. I guess this is topic not your thing to discuss. Simply put, walk away.

old science? yes - the pre-GPS/satellite age. art? yes that big dipper looks pretty. science + art? yes - "the end of the tail of Ursa Minor is always north" as Chase said. But something about stars and celestial being determining your destiny and stuff.... I'm sorry but that's not science or old science. "Science" means supported by sound and verified scientific research that is able to provide consistent results tested and re-tested by independent observers and researchers. The closest thing to "science of Astrology" is wisdoms from chinese fortune cookies.

Note, that science (from the Latin scientia, meaning "knowledge") refers to any systematic knowledge or practice.

Anyone whoever like yourself have total lack of knowledge under the star.

right... systematic knowledge or practice that is based on scientific method gained through research. It'll be interesting for you to discuss about this with Stephen Hawking and I have a feeling that it's going to be a very short conversation.

yeah, he is genius and I highly respect Albert Einstein. I mention it before there is big different education and intelligence. They're both genius. wow!

Astrology was not "widely accepted as truth in Biblical times." The times that God used heavenly objects for signs, or in dreams, or to perform an unnatural behavior, He did it as an exception to the normal course of nature. They were events created by God, for a specific one-time purpose of His. There was no "science" of astrology (horoscopes or soothsaying) that was accepted by God.

If you care to give me specific instances of what you think were uses of astrology by God's people in the Bible, I will be happy to address them.

You're kidding! You must not follow the news. If you did, you would know that most people "in charge" these days are NOT traditional (conservative?) or religious (at least not fundamental Christian religious).

:hmm: 3,000 astrologers divided by 45 countries = about 66 people from each country

Not very impressive. I thought there were more astrologers than that on any given day in Los Angeles alone. :dunno:
