I agree with some of you here.... The song has to be meaningful between two people who love each other and be together for the rest of your days. You two would want to play that song over and over any time of day even on special day because it's means something to you both. Don't ever try to please others because you're actually playing a song for them, not you. Besides they're not the one who's getting married. You are! :) Wow, it's only few months away. :eek3:

I know what is like to be with MIL. My ex-MIL is a bitch and she used to tell my ex-husband what she thinks of me or what I should be doing. UGH!!! I was so :pissed: . Now, I'm remarried and my MIL is wonderful and she treats me with respect. :)

Oh, your wedding song is great!! I love her songs. I can't remember my wedding song.

Angel, please do not listen to what everyone want for your wedding. It is your wedding and your plan. Its ok to have people's opinion that they could have better idea but it gonna be your choice what you want on your wedding. The song is beautiful and I don't see why not play it for your wedding. It is for you and your future hubby on the wedding day. ;)

RR, I had a listen to it and yes, I agree that it is beautiful the way the guy is playing it on a piano. I use to learn to play piano and keyboard organ when I was young but I regretted it very much that I didn't keep on learning it. If I could play a piano/organ fully, I could have play that song for your wedding. ;)

I just listened to it, with headphones and put the volume up in full heh... it is very beautiful piano version of my heart will go on. Perhaps someday I'll try to play it for fun if I find any piano nearby... I used to have piano, as I was listening and watching that video, I just realized I missed playing the piano.

Anyway Angel and RR, don't let anyone to control your wedding for songs, dresses, flip flops etc, since it is your wedding, everyone (family, friends etc) should respect your wishes.
 
Yep I agree with SG and its your wedding and make the very most of your time in the wedding. Whatever it makes you very happy and follow your hearts with the songs that u want it for your wedding. Your family and friends whatever doesn't know how your heart is feeling like to have it for your wedding the only person you can do it!
 
FYI The song- My heart will go on.. it is a sad song.. its not a happy song.. it is a beautiful song.. yes.. but really not a fitting song for the wedding.. i dont mean to offend you two.. but the song mean that Rose lost her love and will always remember her love as she lost Jack.. so thats what the song is all about...

when i watched the movie at the end.. i cried and cried making me think of my old love .. dang..

i agree it is your wedding.. no one can tell you what to do and what to say blah.. its all about you and RR.. no one else's.. so u can do what u want to do.. Be happy and make your wedding day the most memorable day you both will always remember... :)

Put it this way Angel, if you didn't do anything about it, you'll regret it later... Do what you gotta do or think is right from your heart and soul, people will forgive ya later smile... Hang in there Girl, the stress isn't gonna be forever to plan the wedding, once the vows are done then it's PARTY TIME!!!!!!! whoohoo..
