thats coolness. I guess i am just too timid. out of curiosity are you totally blind or partially? i have 20/200 and a 20 degree field and light perception in my left eye.

I'm totally blind (congenitally due to retinopathy of prematurity/ROP).

i have a good friend with ROP. she and i were roommates at the Louisiana center for the blind. i have hypoplasia of the optic nerve. basically my optic nerves dont exist.

Interesting. I was going to ask you the cause of your blindness. Someone I know from the blindness rehab program I attended in my area had hypoplasia.

thats cool. there are a lot of varying degrees of vision with hypoplasia.
