Apparently the two cyber-lawyers Jolie_77 and Oceanblue7 have been hitting the worldwideweb e-books to come up with their presentations in lieu of their cyber-clients...better known as a couple freaky jailbirds. It is well advised not to pressure the cyber-lawyers as they work out a scheme...or plan.

As for the judge, currently being swamped with hundreds of caseloads to deal with...obviously, this judge might be one that neither of you jailbirds want to mess with, after all, who knows if you'll :bowdown: or get :Owned: ....heehee, it might serve you well to be saying your prayers while being confined in a stronghold down at the Cyber-World Jail.

*rolling up my sleeves* Hmm, There's a lot of work to do being a cyber-lawyer and trying to defend my client all the way.

Now, Deaf Monkey - Since you're the jailer, Perhaps you can share with me as to why my client is arrested? Is there any witness seeing him stealing anything? If so, Please provide me these witness. Oh and also, Has my client been mirandized?

If he has not been mirandized (Hence, the miranda rights) then the Judge will have no choice but to let my client go because every judge and lawyers knows that when a person gets arrested - they are required to be mirandized first before being booked and thrown in the slammer. ;)

Remember - All are innocent until proven guilty. So, I say, Calvin is still innocent until proven guilty.

Edit - Oh By the way, Is there any photos of Calvin stealing something? If so, Please do provide those photos. It's going to be interesting to see if someone can find a photo of Calvin actually stealing something. (Now that might be a challenge to see if an actual photo would come up. :D )

Now, the two cyber-cops please give me your reports to what this is all about? Also, before arresting my client there was no Miranda rights addressed to him while the arrest was made , which cyber cop? Is it DM or Moonflower?

According to both clients it might appear to the judge they will be set free and no evidence to prove either one is guilty or not guilty. As I did read the statement by cyber -lawyer Jolie77 , which makes a lot of sense to why, are these two cyber members in jail in the first place?

I can only say, the wrong person in evidence one , which is a pic of Calvin and Hobbs( cartoon strip) which looks nothing like the "real" Calvin.

Now, my client, Northstar that pic doesn't do any justice, its the wrong guy in my opinion. I can't even figure out what he did. There is nothing in the thread that provides such information. The stress of this thread lead my client to having hallucinations, he's already being cyber treated at www.WEBMD.com . He's leaving me the responsilibity to this cyber case.

If my other cyber-lawyer is in favor of my statement or has any supportive evidence to add or change , let's proceed before , we can bring this to the judge.

I can only say my client , Northstar is innocent until proven guilty.
 
After conferring with the 'Judge'...or should I say: "His Holiness, the Supreme Justice of Cooldom?" It's with great interest and feedback that he'll show up when the time is right.

As for the miranda rights...there is 'none' in the cyber-worldweb. By the way, don't ask me....check with the 'Judge'. ;)

Make sure my client is being treated by the cyber MD due to the amounts of stress and his hallucination issue. He does need to be feed three meals a day. As for the Miranda rights not valid in cyber-world??? Alright , will be burning the midnight oil for my client, Northstar. Hang in there buddy will get you out soon :)
I have a request to the courts please provide me substanial evidence that why is my client in jail? If there is no evidence no further question. He's free.
