:confused: what´s wrong with PePe LePew? Do I miss something or what? If so, sorry for my ignorant... I must have miss many threads.... I was busy in my real life... All of that, I hope PePe LePew get well and healthy.
 
Note: Most of the Qur'an, like the Bible and Torah, mainly speaks to men. However, the Qur'an mentions many times that its revelations are directed to not only men but women as well. Keep this in mind whenever asking about Islam.

"For Muslim men and women - for believing men and women, for devout men and women, for true men and women, for men and women who are patient and constant, for men and women who humble themselves, for men and women who give in Charity, for men and women who fast (and deny themselves), for men and women who guard their chastity, and for men and women who engage much in Allah's praise - for them has Allah prepared forgiveness and great reward." I can't imagine that a bunch of virgin women would be something a straight woman "desires". That doesn't seem like much of a "reward".

You misunderstood me. A man would get perfect women. A woman would get perfect men.

I did not assert it would be materialistic. It simply says that you will receive whatever you desired (for those in Paradise). God knows best.

Of course, I DO understand people's POV. Their POVs do not match what Jesus really is. Their POVs don't fit God's point of view. Yours don't fit His, either, because of your disagreement with the Words of God. But, that's still YOUR choice to disagree with Jesus, because He is the Word. His Words are everlastin' and will always be the same.

I don't criticize people's beliefs. I stated what the scriptures said. If, they believe in what ever their so called " religion " is....then, they are more than welcome to believe them. It's not necessary for me to drive down and stop by at their houses to twist their arms to make them to believe my God. I just tell it what Jesus taught. I grew up attendin' church for years and learned many things thru readin' the bible. I could judge to some people by correctin' them through the scriptures. I don't believe that people should make Jesus to look like that He lied just, because of His Words were just contradictin' or whatever. You have a looooong way to learn.
 
As of POV, doesn't matter if it match or not. Yes, we can share our POV and the reason why they believe differently and we can respond back for same topic why we believe that others don't. But like calling names and cut down their "intellectual" levels, shouldn't be doing. And also, criticizing and judging others of their struggling life or etc, shouldn't be doing. All of us has lots of learn.

It isn't worth it to do this religious stuff here, it is a wastes of time, all they do bashin' each other about religion issues he or she believes whatever, says other religions is wrong and says their onlys religion is right...

Truly, there should be onlys one religion for everyone, if we had one religion today then none of us would be arguin' or fightin' with each other right now, I do know God did not puts that many religious on the earth, it should be onlys one religion for all to believe, I see how everyone is in here arguin' with each other sayin' that their bible & religion is right and the others bible and religion is wrong, Onlys God can judge us, not people judge us, Nobody has the right to judge others that their religion is wrong, leave it alone and move on is the best way to keeps thing peace between us.

I agree with you but there's two things I have to mention:

1) God sent thousands of prophets to different tribes all over the world. So obviously there will be many religions around the world. Then as years go by, the original word of God will become changed due to the natural fallible nature of human beings.

Finally when one person from Tribe A travels and meets another person from Tribe B, most likely they would clash saying their religion is right and the other is wrong. Then the debates start. It's simple stuff.

2) I do not think any religion is wrong. I do not put Islam as the righteous religion over Christianity nor did I put Judaism over Christianity. They were right for their own purpose at that specific time.

It is just a shame that human beings disagree on many things and decide to form their own denominations. This is when Reba and others come in to defend their own sect of the common religion. On the other hand, I remain neutral on many things and only argue for the sake of learning. I do not intend to convince people to go to another religion. There are facts though and I do intend to educate people about it so that they become aware.

Going back to the original poster..today's "God" is just as imaginary as were these historical gods. The fact that millions of people worship a god is meaningless.

The "God" and the "Jesus" that Christians worship today are actually amalgams formed out of ancient pagan gods. The idea of a "virgin birth", "burial in a rock tomb", "resurrection after 3 days" and "eating of body and drinking of blood" had nothing to do with Jesus. All of the rituals in Christianity are completely man-made. Christianity is a snow ball that rolled over a dozen pagan religions. As the snowball grew, it freely attached pagan rituals in order to be more palatable to converts. You can find accounts like these in popular literature:

It is extremely hard for a Christian believer to process this data, but nonetheless it is true. All of the "sacred rituals" of Christianity, and all of Christianity's core beliefs (virgin birth, resurrection, etc.) come straight from pagan religions that were popular around the time of Jesus. Articles like this and this can help you learn more. Once you understand the fundamental truth of Christianity's origins, the silliness of this whole thing becomes apparent.

Obviously the pagan believers, from whom Christianity derived its myths, worshipped gods that were imaginary. And thus our "God" today is just an extension of these imaginary forerunners. All human gods are imaginary.

God Himself left Heaven to go to Mary and became conceived in Mary's womb. God became the Flesh, called " God with us " and named Him, " Jesus " in the flesh...so therefore, Jesus became the Word. I know it's hard for you and some of people here to understand this. It's why I pressed the scriptures of John 1:1-5. These scriptures explained VERY CLEAR about who Jesus Christ is.

Oh, I already realized that there's always a war out there. Reason : Religion. It's why Jesus have no religion. Did you know that when He was 12 years old, He went to His Father's House to talk with elders ? Did it say WHAT religion Jesus went to the temple ( His Father's House ) ? There was NONE ! There was NO name for religion. There was ALWAYS ONE Jesus who DIED for all mankind. It obviously that He is really God.

This WHOLE world only have ONE Jesus. Why should they chose other different person or idol when they KNEW that other person or idol don't die for them by forgivin' and have an eternal life ? Other person or idol don't have that kind of power - Only Jesus have that kind of power.

If Jesus is God, then why didn't Jesus use his omniscience and omnipotence to actually do something magnificent and beautiful on earth rather than squandering his "power" as he does in the Bible?
