Motorized is cheating so anyone will receive failing grade.
Hear that dreamer?
Put the motor in your backpack .... when out of sight, hook it up to the bike

No surprise about how lazy are you.
I always know that you detest lazy people and want all people to do work, work, work.
Ride the bike is part of your exercise and having motorized will going nowhere to pass PE class.

Having many cases are NOT excuse to deny your request and close your case, so they are required by law to support you. I think you should contact your legislators (state is better start or federal if went unsolved).
There are many deaf people have similar problem as you do, but you have a lot of opportunities to get VR to support you.

That's not problem if you use motor as experiment in science class.
PE is all about your physical - walking, running, exercise, basketball, soccer, football, dodgeball, dance, rock climbing, etc.
Yes, you should fight very hard and your writing is very good, so you can type a letter.
What about exercising the brain muscle by making a hydrogen fuel cell operated motor for a bicycle?
And you can ask dereksbicycles to make it turbocharged too
Oh my boy, you are really funny.
For PE, you have to move your body a lot - body activities.
